Hardik Banga

Start with what you love to create and do that with variations for 6-7 months and you’ll figure out this game and you won’t realise that you are an influencer now.

 1. Tell us about your background and journey.

I am a 3rd year information technology engineering student and I guess there’s no relation between engineering and content creation, Because there’s no relation that’s why it’s passion.

I started my journey as an affiliate marketer; I used to promote my business and eventually I started training people on how to promote business using Instagram then I started creating videos and after few videos one of my videos got viral and I saw the potential of content creation, then I explored this area and made videos on various topics and I became what I am today.

2. What led you to start your page on Instagram and what is it about?

I started this page for business purpose but I got into content creation and now I create content on self help, motivation, relationships and also sometimes on business.

3. How would you distinguish the term blogger and an influencer?

From my point of view blogging is like a journal but online where you explain about your niche and present your content on a website, also anyone presenting content and helping people in any form is an influencer for me, A good blogger is also an influencer.

4. Is it financially sustainable to be an influencer today?

If you are just looking at this from a finance point of view may be you wrong because this thing is for people who want to express themselves in the form content they gonna put out any type of finances are bi-product here, and yes if you are consistent for 2-3 years you can definitely make good money through it but don’t just be a influencer or content creator for money! Do it for yourself and to express yourself!

5. What do you think influences consumers' behaviour?

The more you’ll be authenticate and real with your audience, The greater will be your influence on them. Social media is a really glitter place to be but have to be real to have influence on consumers.

6. What is your idea of success or your mantra in life?

Consistency over everything, even if you are not talented but you are consistent and hard working after a few years you’ll be way ahead of people who are talented but didn’t work hard
Consistency and hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t works hard.

7. How can someone become successful social media influencers?

Start with what you love to create and do that with variations for 6-7 months and you’ll figure out this game and you won’t realise that you are an influencer now . Just remember that consistency is the key here and quantity is favoured rather than quality because after producing in quantity you’ll get the quality automatically!

8. Which is your favourite book and why?

To be really honest I don’t like reading books, I am more of a watching person but yes I read few books and 'How to win over friends and influence people' is my favourite book because It teaches you about communication and interaction and these two things are literally the base of anything you’ll do in future.
