Aditi - Parents Should Support Their Child in Extracurricular Activities (Content Creator From India)

Experience is the greatest teacher so must give it a shot.

1. Tell us more about your role & responsibilities at your college.

I'm just a regular student at my college who is totally into studies and has no extracurricular activities due to my tight schedule. 

I divide my day into two halves, the first half is for studies and the remaining part of the day is for content creation.

2. How do your parents look at you participating in extracurricular activities?

I didn't tell my parents about my page till 100k followers as I come from a typical middle-class family that pressurize on my studies, get good grades etc. I even got my first phone after completing graduation.

But to my utter surprise, my parents supported me fully.

3. Do you have a message for parents to allow their kids to do things besides academics?

Definitely, parents should support their child in extracurricular activities along with academics.

They should take it seriously if their child is passionate about something and help them to pursue their career in that field.

4. What are your career goals and how is what you are doing going to help you with that?

I'm currently studying and freelancing that's the plan for now.

5. What have been some of your biggest challenges and learnings from what you do?

My procrastination and creative blocks sometimes challenge me else nothing much has bothered me so far.

I don't run behind numbers or followers or such things barely affect me.

My greatest is your creativity can take you to the places where the rest of the things can't.

6. What are the top skills that you have learnt with what you do?

My top skills are that I have learnt discipline, how to work with full concentration, and never give up attitude when you shoot something it's not possible that you'll get the perfect shot in one to go so "try try, don't cry" thing I learnt from it.

7. What's your message to encouraging students to do internships and attend conferences?

You'll get to learn a lot from internships and conferences because experience is the greatest teacher so must give it a shot.
