1. Tell us about your background and journey.

This is Vinay I work as an operations Manager for one of the top MNCs.working as an Operations Manager for a top multinational corporation (MNC), my daily responsibilities revolve around strategic planning, process optimization, and resource management. I oversee various operational aspects such as supply chain management, quality control, and risk mitigation to ensure the company's smooth functioning. 

Additionally, I lead a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. My role involves monitoring performance metrics, addressing challenges, and driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and achieve organizational objectives.

2.When did you first decide that you wanted to create content and how did you start?

It was way back in 2023 when I bought my brand new iPhone, wanted to check how the video quality works and I began to shoot something then me, and my friend decided to shoot a cooking video and made our first recipe “Fish Pulusu” and created a new Instagram page and posted it and started getting very positive comments.

However, views are not as expected because it was just a Normal video no special in it. We continued for few days same no thing very fewer views no reach at all. One fine day decided to use my native slang, Telangana in the videos. I started recollecting all the conversations that I used to have with my grandparents and the world’s slang that they used. And there it is my first videos in Telangana slang itself gave me great success.. and we never turned back. 

3. What impact do you want to make in the world?

Honestly, my content is not motivational nor informative it’s just a review kind of stuff. But when I am getting very positive feedback about my slang it motivates me to bring back all those forgotten words and slang that we Telangana people use to use. Maybe if Telugu becomes a mandatory language in school itself that really serves my purpose.

4. Which is the best plan you traveled to?

The Kashmir trip stands out as the best travel experience I've had. The breathtaking natural beauty of the region, with its majestic mountains, serene lakes, and lush valleys, left an indelible impression on me. Exploring iconic destinations like Srinagar's Dal Lake, Gulmarg's meadows, and Pahalgam's scenic landscapes was truly mesmerizing. Moreover, immersing myself in Kashmir's rich cultural heritage and savoring its delectable cuisine added depth and charm to the journey, making it an unforgettable adventure.

5. What does your typical day look like?

A typical day for me starts with hitting the gym in the morning to energize myself for the day ahead. Following my workout, I dedicate some time to crafting a food blog and sharing my culinary adventures and experiences with my audience. 

Afterward, I work on editing voice overs for various projects, ensuring they meet the desired quality standards before posting them online. Once these tasks are completed, I head to the office, where I dive into my role as an Operations Manager, overseeing and coordinating various operational activities to keep the business running smoothly.

6. Which is your favourite book and why?

While "I Too Had a Love Story" by Chetan Bhagat may not be my personal favorite, I can appreciate its appeal, particularly the climactic moments that resonate with many readers. 

The book's climax, which often evokes strong emotions and unexpected twists, showcases Bhagat's skill in storytelling and his ability to create gripping narratives. It's this dramatic culmination that leaves a lasting impression on readers, making it a memorable aspect of the book for those who enjoy romance and emotional journeys in literature.
