In my view, India’s next big disruption will come from the convergence of artificial intelligence and spatial computing technologies like augmented and virtual reality.

1. You lead multiple ventures—how would you sum up your journey in one line?

My journey has been an experiment in resilience, driven by a clear vision, empowered by incredible people, and anchored in a deep sense of purpose. Every success and failure has taught me that staying adaptable while holding on to your core values is what makes the ride worthwhile.

2. How do you balance purpose with profit in your businesses?

For me, purpose and profit are not opposites—they’re two sides of the same coin. We make sure that every solution we create either addresses a real-world problem or delivers lasting value to people’s lives. When your work is relevant and meaningful, revenue follows naturally. This approach not only sustains the business but also makes it more fulfilling for everyone involved.

3. With such diverse services, how do you decide what to build next?

Our process always starts with listening—whether it’s to the data we gather, the shifts we observe in the market, or the insights we hear from our team on the ground. By combining curiosity with evidence, we identify gaps or opportunities where our skills and passion can meet real demand. That’s how we ensure we’re not just adding noise, but building something that truly matters.

4. You believe leadership is about empowering others. When did that belief truly pay off?

Empowering my team has always been a core value, but it was truly validated during the Fluxx Awards in Hong Kong. We had a tight timeline to organize a complex international event, bringing changemakers from around the world under one roof. The team coordinated every detail—from logistics to creative execution and partnerships—like a perfectly synchronized orchestra.

As I stood on stage, I watched them work tirelessly behind the scenes, turning our shared vision into reality. The event wasn’t just a success because of my leadership—it happened because of their dedication, trust, and shared sense of purpose. At that moment, I felt less like a CEO and more like the proudest teammate in the room. That’s when you know you’ve built something genuine and strong.

5. Which tech trend do you think will disrupt the industry next?

In my view, India’s next big disruption will come from the convergence of artificial intelligence and spatial computing technologies like augmented and virtual reality. As industries like retail, education, healthcare, and events go digital, combining AI’s intelligence with immersive AR/VR experiences will create more interactive and human-like environments—whether it’s virtual shopping try-ons, smart classrooms that adapt to each student, or remote healthcare consultations that feel personal.

Additionally, AI-powered automation and virtual agents will simplify workflows, cut down on repetitive tasks, and free up time for creativity—especially for startups and SMEs that need to stay lean. With India’s fast-expanding digital infrastructure and increasing acceptance of new technologies even in rural areas, these innovations are set to transform how we live and work sooner than many expect.

6. What’s been the biggest challenge in taking your company global?

The toughest part has been figuring out how to localize our offerings and approach to fit each new market’s unique culture, regulations, and consumer expectations—without diluting our core identity and values. It’s a delicate balance between respecting and adapting to local nuances while staying true to the DNA that makes us who we are. Getting it right requires patience, humility, and a willingness to learn continuously.

7. What’s the biggest takeaway from being part of the Forbes Business Council?

Being part of the Forbes Business Council taught me that influence is a form of responsibility. When you’re in conversations with other leaders, your words and ideas carry weight. It’s not enough to aim for applause or validation—you have a duty to contribute thoughts that inspire progress, drive meaningful change, and help others see new possibilities.

8. Which book recently influenced your thinking or leadership style?

Atomic Habits by James Clear had a profound impact on me. It shifted my perspective on personal and professional growth—showing me that success is less about giant leaps and more about the small, consistent choices we make every day. As a leader, it reminded me that culture isn’t built overnight; it’s crafted in the tiny moments and habits we nurture across the team. Excellence, ultimately, is the result of what we choose to repeat.

9. A fun one—if your entrepreneurial journey were a Netflix series, what would be the title, and who would play you?

I’d call it Beta Version—because I see myself and my journey as a constant work in progress, always iterating, evolving, and striving to get better. I’d choose Dev Patel to play me, as he embodies both curiosity and quiet determination—qualities I resonate with deeply.
