1. Tell us about your background and journey.

I come from a very orthodox background where the very idea of pursuing music was looked down upon.  Standing up to my aspirations is perhaps the hardest thing I'd ever done. As far as my journey goes, It was fun I guess. Being on stage, being able to control the tempo of everyone present in the audience was an adrenaline rush in and itself. Being a musician in a band from being a solo artist and transitioning to a content creator catering to the needs of the many, is indeed thrilling. I love everything that I am now, and I'm in love with everything this journey is about to bring me.

2. When did you first decide that you wanted to create content and how did you start?

YouTube for me, was never planned. I never even thought about posting videos online let alone look at it from a career perspective. I had a lot of hardships whilst learning guitar and being a musician. This is why I thought about doing something for the people who are in the same situation that I was in and that’s when I launched my channel Plug & Play, do subscribe to it.

3. Is vlogging and YouTube content creation a financially sustainable career?

Yes, I do believe it is extremely viable right now. Talking about Vlogging and YouTube content creation from a financial benefit standpoint, there are a plethora of variables working. But if someone's looking to make it big into Vlogging and YouTube as a career, then the foremost this would be a deep-down analysis of who the target audience is going to be and working on that. That is a make-break variable in and itself.

4. Who is your favourite creator and why?

Never had a favourite. You see, I wanted to learn, so I never stopped at a single person. So, when you're actively learning from guitarists all over YouTube, it's quite heard to have a favourite.

5. How and where do you find inspiration to churn out content?

The appreciation for my work, people benefiting from my tutorials and holding me responsible for the same, credibility of me as a guitarist and being able to impart whatever knowledge I know are some of the things which has really motivated me.

6. What does your typical day look like?

Filling my brain with all the new stuff musicians are doing all over the world through YouTube, Noodling on my Guitar, TONS of practice sessions, (I can't emphasize this enough)

7. Which is your favourite book and why?

I was never a bookworm. Maybe this is why I never pursued a job even being an engineer with a degree. Music was always my calling.

8. What piece of advice would you like to give to future and aspiring creators?

Try not to let the burden of 'views' overwhelm you. When you have a good audience, views and motivation will come all the same. And yes, do remember. Your Audience defines you. So my only advice here would be to actually research on who your audience will be and evolving your content with respect to audience interests.
