1. Tell us more about your company and your journey

For others, a professional career is their journey with proper plans and set goals.

For me, my journey was totally a seesaw trip with no future prospects, with no goal in life, with no English communication, with nothing in hand, and I was thrown to get a professional life without anything in hand all by myself.

Only thing I was having with me was My ( PUC ) Pluck up Courage

Started with finding any type of job in Mumbai in the year 2006 with just a graduation degree from Kolkata to earn some money and experience, got rejected from almost 100 interviews, with the blessing of my eldest brother and mom I got a job in HSBC Bank as a Telecaller officer for collection of credit card dues.

From there my actual journey started with lots of new learning and new experience of life.

After 5 years, I got shifted to Sales, my actual life movie started from there as I was totally against selling anything to anybody. I was totally against convincing anybody for anything.

I was working in the Mortgage sales dept of HSBC for 1 year without selling anything and was only trying to get an internal job posting for some back-office work to get my life sorted.

Suddenly I got to know that I am going to marry soon. The turning point of my life.

There I was, with no proper planning of future prospects yet.

I got someone who had faith in me, someone who backed me up to have a future with lots of happiness and prosperity. My wife is the blessing in disguise.

I struggled with an insurance company, left the job, and was at home for almost 3 months with my wife, with the hope of getting a job with a decent job and remittances. These 3 months was an eye-opener. I got a leadership role and gained good experience in a year and then again I moved to another Bank for a better package Suddenly I got a break in an NBFC called Neogrowth.

Having worked for Neogrowth for almost 3 years, with all my blood and sweat, I got to know that who am I actually, what I am worth for. I pondered why not to start something of my own with all the liberty.

I left my job and Partnered with a company called FineoTeric LLP. With the same passion and attitude, I became an entrepreneur. We, in FineoTeric, provide all kinds of financial products and working capital loans to the customer. Coordinating with the banks and financial institutions on behalf of the customer and create getting funds for their business.

2. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?

The idea to become independent was there in my mind since I have started working in HDFC bank. I had to do something of my own since day 1.

Executing the same took almost 6 years.

Everything is the same - the passion | the hard work | the attitude...

The only thing that has changed is LIBERTY.

3. What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome that?

The biggest challenge I have faced throughout my journey was my communication, which was and is the main criteria and requirement for my business. There are loads of content on the internet if used properly, can be blissful. Thanks to Larry Page.

4. What do you think are the most important qualities of a successful entrepreneur?

The most and important quality a person can have is passion.

Hurdles will always come but one shouldn't STOP. You need to reach the destination u have bought the ticket for.

5. What are some of the most important factors for running a successful business?

A business is a livelihood not only for the owner but it also creates a job for many, the most important factor one has to keep in mind for running a business is someone is earning for what they are doing now.

You have to make sure that you are crystal clear with all the basics of the work you are doing.
People have to believe in you and your vision to create wealth for everyone who is there with you on this journey.

6. What are your tips for the first time and aspiring entrepreneurs?

When anyone starts a business, they have aspirations and experience.

The only tip I can give to anyone is to give 100% to it and not 99%.

7. How can one overcome a hurdle of lack of funds

Not every startup needs funds to start with, many businesses need support and encouragement and still, if u need funds, give some time to yourself to create it for you, not everyone is lucky to have startup funds ready for them!
