"Consistency thrives when wellness is seen not as a ‘task’ but as an act of self-respect. Small, achievable rituals are more powerful than occasional intense efforts."

Q. For those who don’t know you yet, who is Aditi, and what inspired your journey into holistic wellness and yogic science?

I’m Aditi, a holistic wellness coach and yoga instructor passionate about empowering individuals, especially women, to reclaim their health naturally. My major research area is around knee pain and I have helped over 1000s of women overcome knee pain in the past 2 years.

My journey began when I personally struggled with chronic knee and sciatic nerve issues that conventional medicine could only temporarily manage. Diving into yogic science, nutrition, and lifestyle therapies helped me heal deeply — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It inspired me to dedicate my life to sharing these effective practices with others.

Q. Your approach emphasizes non-medicinal solutions to pain, especially chronic knee pain. Why do you believe traditional medicine isn’t always the answer?

Traditional medicine often focuses on symptomatic relief — it’s excellent for acute injuries but not always for chronic conditions like knee pain, which are deeply rooted in posture, muscle imbalances, lifestyle, and inflammation. True healing, in my experience, comes when we address the root cause. Through movement therapy, strength-building, mindful nutrition, and holistic self-care, the body is capable of regenerating itself far beyond what we often believe.

I go by the saying, body is a self healing mechanism, it just need the right environment to grow well. I help people with that right environment and how they can build that environment with a sedentary routine also.

Q. Many people struggle with consistency when it comes to wellness. What mindset shifts do you recommend to build a sustainable routine?
In today’s hustle culture, how can people balance productivity with self-care without feeling guilty?

Consistency thrives when wellness is seen not as a “task” but as an act of self-respect. Small, achievable rituals are more powerful than occasional intense efforts. I encourage people to ask themselves: “How can I nourish myself today?” instead of “How much can I accomplish?” Self-care isn’t indulgent — it’s foundational to productivity. When you pour into yourself, your work, relationships, and creativity flourish naturally.

Q. What does your personal wellness routine look like — anything surprising or unconventional?

My mornings are sacred - I begin with breath focus and a mindful mobility session, even if it’s just 20 minutes. I also prioritize walking barefoot on grass daily whenever possible — it's a simple yet potent grounding practice. Another non-negotiable is pausing between work sessions for just 5 minutes of breathwork or joint mobility drills. It keeps my energy clean and prevents any physical stiffness or mental fatigue from building up. Then I mostly try to finish my dinner by 7pm and sleep by 10 or maximum 11pm.

Q. Can you talk about a particularly memorable transformation story from someone who followed your method?

One story that always stays with me is of a woman in her early 50s who had resigned herself to living with chronic knee pain after multiple treatments failed. Through personalized yoga therapy, muscle activation techniques, and mindful weight management, she regained not just pain-free movement but also her confidence.

She’s now able to do deep squats, do her job well — something she thought she had lost forever. Her transformation reaffirmed for me that the human body’s potential to heal is limitless when given the right support.

Q. How do you approach creating content that educates, empowers, and still engages your audience online?

I believe education doesn’t have to be heavy — it can be heart-centered, relatable, and even joyful. I focus on storytelling - sharing my journeys, simple actionable tips, and relatable analogies and how your different body parts indicate about some occurring health issue.

Empowerment comes from helping people realize their innate wisdom — not from telling them what to do, but by guiding them to listen to their own bodies. Authenticity, consistency, and truly caring about my community are the foundations of how I show up online.

Q. On a lighter note, if your life were a yoga pose, which one would it be and why?

If I had to choose a yoga pose that encapsulates my life's journey, it would be Chakrasana, or Wheel Pose. This pose symbolizes the continuous cycle of growth, transformation, failures and renewal that I've experienced personally and strive to inspire in others.

Physically, Wheel Pose demands strength, flexibility, and openness—qualities that mirror the resilience and adaptability required in life's challenges. Energetically, it activates the entire spine and stimulates the chakras, promoting a harmonious flow of energy throughout the body.

Practicing Chakrasana has taught me the importance of embracing vulnerability to achieve true openness and expansion. It's a reminder that by opening our hearts and minds, we can unlock profound healing and transformation.

And the journey of learning to do Chakrasana also feels like life as a roller coaster, sometimes we fall and sometimes we are able to hold onto Chakrasana for long and sometimes we are able to do it only for a few seconds.
