Kind inspiration from ancestors and my craze of making others happy with my delicious food went to extreme level to take career path as chef and to do my passion as career to satisfy the reason of my life.

Do your passion as career, see your happiness in face of others is my motivational line which helps me to maintain peace in my life.

The typical day look very joyful to me because I follow my heart and passion, it makes others happy which results to overall peaceful life. So I am proud about my decision of being a chef.

4. Does one's approach change when cooking professionally and at home?

The approach of cooking in home will always remain same as like professionals because showing love and seeing moon from all places remains same. Cooking is love, it won’t change according to time, place and situation.

Yes, I’m fond of South Indian Kalyana samayal Sadham because there will be all kind of taste which increases your taste buds to eat more.

6. Can cooking be learnt at culinary schools or a natural talent is required?

In my knowledge cooking is kind of art/ natural talent which can’t be taught or learnt at culinary schools. Do your skills with dedication and interest to explore it with kind and love to others. Only one motivation for a chef is love your cooking, think the person you serving food is like you, live for others smile and happiness.

7. Which is your favorite book and why?

My favorite book is “The HOLLY QURAN”, where it taught about disciplines, sacrifices and cleanliness that one should maintain in their lifetime. Real happiness is seeing your smile in others face is the universal truth which accepted by all people around the world.
