1. Tell us more about your roles and responsibilities at your college?
I am the Treasurer of the literary club in which the core functions are cash and liquidity management. In the 2nd year I was the coordinator of Amity Human value Quarter in which we organise various social events.
Also I am a part of the support team of Institutional Newspaper , "The Agri Times " in which my role is to collect the data of the ongoing activities , Research work, Conferences and Placement Records etc.
2.What are the top skills that you have learnt with what you do?
The most important skills I have learned are Effective communication and management because no matter who you are, where you are or what type of work you are in . Both of them helps in a very effective manner.
3.How did you rise up to your position and how can the student aspiring the same, approach it?
All I can suggest that , just do the work with your whole potential and Honesty . It will really help you to rise in any area of your career because ultimately you will get success by your own Potential.
4.What are the career goals and how is what you are doing going to help you with that?
Well, It's not yet decided that what I am gonna to do in future actually but all I know is that the skills I have learned will gonna to help me out in the every step of my career.
5. What's it like to juggle between a leadership role and normal college life?
Not as juggling , it really depends how we take it and how we manage it because it's an aspect of management that if we can't manage the leadership role and normal college life then how can we manage other different roles that will come to our way simultaneously.
6.How can we encourage more young students such as yourself to take up leadership roles?
Encouragement comes from within first and when you feel ready and motivated from inside, then you should take up the roles that will improve your skills and also helps in your all - round growth and development as an individual.
7.What's your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences?
As an individual, we all should have an habit of learning as we all are well versed that we learn new things in the Internships and Conferences.So you should take up the opportunities irrespective of the fear of coming out of the comfort zone because ultimately it will lead to something fruitful.
