1. Tell us more about your company and your journey.

1. Campus24 is a social utility platform for college students to help them simplify their college life in a fun way. Journey- I started 6 months back. Now we are a team of 15. Campus24 beta was launched a month ago for 4 colleges in WB. We have got immensely positive feedback which strengthened our core believes for the company. Now we are working on all the feedback we got and improving the platform so that all college students in India can benefit from it. After that is complete, we will launch Campus24 nationwide.

2. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?

Being a college student I faced the problems, that Campus24 aims to solve. We did market research in various colleges all across India before we started to develop the beta. We made design prototypes, did a survey with those and repeated this process till we perfected the platform. And we are still doing that now. Rest is already mentioned above.

3. What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome that?

Building the right team. This is more challenging than it looks. A company is as good as the team. Period. Our team is highly talented and motivated towards reaching our goal and truly making an impact on the lives of a student.

Persistence. Focus. Open mind. People skills. Vision. Team building. I'm sure there are many more. I'll realise them as we grow.

5. What are some of the most important factors for running a successful business?

Customer/user-first approach. Focus on the bottom line. Stay focussed on what you do while being open-minded. Build leaders inside the company.

Just start and don't give up

7. How can one overcome a hurdle of lack of funds when starting up?
