1. Tell us about your background and journey.

I am a law graduate and have practiced in Delhi High Court for 1.5 years and currently, I am a full-time blogger.


2. Which is your favorite cuisine and dish?

My all-time favorite cuisine is North Indian. I love Laccha Paratha with Butter Chicken or with Mutton Gravy. I absolutely love North Indian Food. 


3. Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?

Doing any work be it Blogging or some other job needs passion and nowadays blogging has a very wide scope in making career. One needs to be persistent and unique about their work. You must love what your working ultimately you will enjoy your work. 


4. What makes you appreciate a particular restaurant or dish and talk about it on your blog?

What impresses me about any Restaurant or Cafe is Food. For me, food should be the main hero of the particular place and the other thing is the hospitality. If the staff is polite and humble to me then I would love to visit again.


5. Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?

Not a fond of particular dish that can associate me but I really love South Indian Food like Idly Sambhar with Chutney, Dosa, Appam, and lots of other dishes. South Indian food has a lot of variety in it like does is crisp, Idli is soft, chutney is tangy, Sambhar is hot n spicy. I can relate to all of it, I am a mix of all.


6. Which is your favorite book and why?

I don’t read many books but yeah I keep a log of different types of recipes with interesting ingredients in them which when eaten outside in a restaurant seem too tricky to make but are actually really simple and tasty. 


7. What is one piece of advice you would like to give to the future aspirants?

Like I told before follow your passion and work hard for it. If you remain constant and true to yourself you will definitely get what you want. And, creativity is important in this field so just be patient and work every single day.
