1. Tell us more about your company and your journey.

Hi, I am Ashutosh Karmarkar. We, at Axenic Global IT solution started our business in the field of BPO and customer support almost 7 years back. Now we have achieved a success in lot of other services such as IT consultancy services, software support services, Graphic design services.


2. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?

I have around 5+ years of working experience as a employee of well known companies. I have worked with very well-known brands in IT field. My personal opinion is one should have their own side income and should not depend of one single income source because like is a risk. No matter if you are CEO of any organization you are nothing but a employee and company can ask you any point of time leave the job so that's really a shame for anyone. 

So I decided to quit my job and start something my own in the field using my area of expertise. Then I registered my company and started finding projects for myself. Now we are company who provides services in almost 110 countries. Now we have company presence in Hong Kong as well. Very soon we will reach our target to provide services in almost 180 countries across the globe.


3. What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome that?

Finding projects for myself and my company was the biggest challange. It's really not easy to get business from abroad. I tried extremely hard for whole 1 year with no luck at all. I left my job that was the biggest mistake I made because in one year due to office expenses and no income I became moneyless but I kept trust in myself and given my full efforts. I had no experience of doing business.I made lot of mistakes but I decided not to loose hopes and keep trying. Finally I got the success after one amd half year and got one project from Germany.


4. What do you think are the most important qualities of a successful entrepreneur?

you must have patience, knowledge, trust in yourself, Loyalty. Reliability is extremely important for doing any business. The most important thing is to deal with people and work as team is extremely important to become a successful entrepreneur.


5. What are some of the most important factors for running a successful business?

building a trust and very good rapo with your clients. Punctuality in your work. The most important thing is follow the given TIME because it's more then everything. Time never wait for anyone. You have to change your mindset because world is changing every 2 years so we have to learn what is required for the current time.


6. What are your tips for first time and aspiring entrepreneurs?

  • Never leave your job unless you get success with your second income which will be any of the business module you choose and like.
  • Make a small start with extremely less expenses.
  • Keep one thing in mind " Never shy if you have no money, Never ever mine when you become rich." Just remember your bad days and treat people well.


7. How can one overcome a hurdle of lack of funds when starting up?

I have very different way of thinking about the people those who wants to start the own business. Make a small start but yes think big. Thinking big does not mean that you have to start everything big with high expenses.

Never do anything in life to show others.

Think yourself how much can you spend on new start up not affecting your current standard of living.

Never start business by taking loans.
