Creating content has always been a passion to me I strive to do something new , something that amazes my followers, something that’s not monotonous to them.

1. Tell us about your background and journey.

I am Dr. Jaswanth Tanakala General medicine resident. I am from Vizag. I come from a middle class family, with big dreams. It was always my dream to be a Doctor. My own relatives didn't support me initiallyIt was my mom who always pushed me, gave me the confidence I needed. She was my ray of hope when I was surrounded by negativity.

Both my parents are not well educated they did not know much about this profession, all they knew and saw was my capabilities. That's when I understood family's support is everything, they are the ones who stand by us.

With few ups and downs I completed of my undergraduate M.B.B.S in NRIMC Guntur. Then began the real challenge securing a PG seat. I have done all my prep from home for 9-10 months of struggle, pressure and stress. My dad's always been my stress buster and helped me focus better. With all the hard work I have cracked my NEET-PG in 2019 with 3600 rank which stunned everyone who did not believe in me.

I believe this is just the beginning of a long journey with more goals to reach.

2. When did you first decide that you wanted to create content and how did you start?

My father has a charismatic personality I on the other hand was an introvert my entire childhood. I wanted to be like my dad, just when I hit my teens I grew out of my cocoon and developed humor, sarcasm and fun attitude towards everyone.

In my final year of MBBS Jan 2017 20days right before my final exams I decided  to make memes particularly for medical student and started our JUSTTROLLMBBS page on Facebook. In a very short time the page gained popularity among medical students

Overtime  I realized I could help my followers with their studies and not just be a meme page. So I collected question papers  from various medical colleges and posted them and it was useful to many. Then we decided to stretch our page to Instagram and the response was tremendous. We started growing bigger, more creative content. We now have JTM exam hall-telegram channel, JTM talents page for exposing the hidden talents of medicos, Just MBBS talks, podcasts and YOUTUBE channel- Dr. JTM.

3. Who is your favorite creator and why?

There are many creative content creators out there on social medial platforms, but my always favorite is  CAPDT Telugu page it amazes me with their creativity and now celluloid panda is another favorite.

4. How and where do you find inspiration to churn out content?

Creating content has always been a passion to me I strive to do something new , something that amazes my followers, something that’s not monotonous to them. Initially for an year I handled the page all by myself but later I found someone with similar thought process and frequency with great skills of writing. My team members work hard for the page selflessly like a family. The drive to keep our followers happy is what inspires us to continue. WE WILL NEVER LET THAT GO DOWN.

5.  What is your idea of success or your mantra in life?

Believe in yourself. It is the most important aspect of success, what ever you want to achieve plan, put your 100% thought into it, make your own strategy. When you have passion, determination and work hard for something you will definitely achieve it. Have PATIENCE, you need patience to win in life. And do not get carried when you achieve success, always remember there’s a lot to achieve in life and also be prepared for failures. And finally don’t react to negativity in social media or in life, stay calm and composed just focus on your target. Do not waste time on negativity!

6. What piece of advice would you like to give to future and aspiring creators ?

As content creators you invest a lot of your time in creating memes or videos or short films to give good quality content so give your best in creating anything. The time you lost should be appreciated and make an impact. So be creative, be innovative, spread positivity through your content.
