I was not so good in English grammar, so my teacher also once advised me to write as much as I can. With that my journey started to become a writer which was initially a hobby.
1. Tell us more about your background and journey.
I just started my journey, like a bus which only charged itself and slowly it's moving and having some break like all the difficulties which are creating some cracks which are the most awkward thing for a student! My name is Trimohini, and I am from Barrackpore’s school.
My background is filled with poems, quotes, and imaginations only. I joined Instagram last December after my finals, I started writing from around 3rd March 2020. I moved slowly and steadily, and all the appreciation supported my ability to be a writer.
Within four months, I gained 5000+followers, likes were 1000+ and comments, 200-300. Everyone told me to keep this good work up. Blessings and much more hopes for my new to come up! And like this, my way is up for being a good writer!
2. When did you decide you wanted to be a writer?
I had my finals in February, and only then I made my mind to do something new in this lockdown. I thought only studies and being locked in the home will not give my creativity the right stage, so I decided to start my writing skills.
I was not so good in English grammar, so my teacher also once advised me to write as much as I can with that my journey started to become a writer who was initially a hobby. If I wish later to take it to higher stages, I will make it my profession! So that's it.
3. Is it a financially stable career?
Yes, of course. Writers can earn enough if they get published. But that's only if your writings are excellent and people find it relatable. In short, it varies from writers to writers.
Similarly, you have to invest also when you are trying to publish a book, or you are trying to promote it all over areas to gain more viewers! So always remember one thing, Work Hard, be Sincere and Write carefully then all efforts will always come back to u even in the way of salary, or blessings!
And yes, this is a financially a stable career both by FAME, NAME & MONEY.
4. Who is your favourite writer, and why?
Well, my favourites are all, but the most favourite one is the Instagram most famous writer Ashish Bagrecha sir. He is my inspiration or else you can say a model of my publishing dreams!
Dreams I used to see from class 2, and he is the one who advised me to write on with all my concentrations and become a well-published writer, and yes I would like to thank god for a relative like him, and I wish to be like him one day.
5. Where does your inspiration lie?
My inspiration is from all and everyone from whom I met and also even not! For me, inspiration is to learn something new not to be impressed by that individual poet's words or behaviour. But instead to get some good ideas from their writings, captions, their post-ups, their advice.
Like identifying their personalities as a good poet and a good human, I met 3-4 well-known Instagram poets but never felt that I am inspired by their great words, surroundings or etc. I was inspired by their great quotes, nice lines and depress relief poems which were one of my weakest points once! And after that only I started writing poetry from 10-05-2020.
6. What piece of advice would you like to give to future aspiring writers?
Advices are essential for beginners like me! Work hard, take your seniors' advice, take decisions wisely, and last but not the least, focus on your destination on your way to success.
Because many people you meet have an intention to put you down for your capabilities. Remember, never expect something from anyone, you meet many writers, script-writers, and many more but always take the advice, not their judgements!
In the beginning, you are just starting, and I bet no one should have the courage to judge you. (It just your starting, and you don't have experience of 5-10 years). Because judgements can destroy your mind before you touch the level of success.
It happened with me too. I once have been under severe depression, and I don't want the ones who just started with high aspirations to face what I did. Concentrate on your writings no one will have the guts to pull you down.
7. Which is your favourite book, and why?
I am only a school student and I have to manage my house as well. So I never got enough time to read novels. Once I am done studying my school books, I have no energy left to get in touch with a novel.
But I read 10-15pages of Ashish Bagrecha Sir's poems in the book called Dear Stranger I Know How It Feels, and Love, Hope & Magic. So from the first book I learnt how to deal with Depression and all worries.
From the second book, I learned LOVE still happens, HOPE is never to leave, and MAGIC or MIRACLES also happens when prayers are often heard by God!
