What Is a Horse Gram?
It is a legume or pea of small, thin, and oval-shaped with light to dark colors of red, black, and brown known as Horse Gram. It is called a Horse gram because it was used as horse feed in ancient times. The botanical name of Horse Gram is 'Macrotyloma Uniforum'. The origin of this Horse Gram is traced in India. It is a multi-vitamin tablet of itself.
It is an ancient crop found in archaeological science stated 2500 BC. This is used for both human and animal consumption.

• Kuleeth
• Kudu
• Kulthi
• Ulavulu
• Pe Bazat
• Kolatha

Avoid taking Horse gram during pregnancy. People who are suffering from Tuberculosis.
One who experiences heavy bleeding during menstruation, Men undergoing infertility treatment should avoid horse gram. People who are suffering from hyper-acidity should avoid eating horse gram because it could aggravate the issue.
