My journey as a food Influencer started after my graduation. Since I love to explore food and capture the dishes that I had and used to post them in stories on my personal Instagram account. 

Then one day I decided to make a separate Instagram account and started posting the food pictures there. So this is how I turned into a Blogger.


Tell us about your background and journey.

I've completed my graduation from Delhi University. I'm currently preparing for competitive exams. My journey as a food Influencer started after my graduation. Since I love to explore food and capture the dishes that I had and used to post them in stories on my personal Instagram account. 

Then one day I decided to make a separate Instagram account and started posting the food pictures there. So this is how I turned into a Blogger.


Which is your favourite cuisine and dish?

There's no doubt. Whoever knows me well knows it. My all-time favourite cuisine is Mughlai cuisine and South Indian cuisine. My personal favourite dish is Uttapam and Dosa from South Indian food and Hyderabadi Biryani Of course and also chicken seekh kebabs from Mughlai cuisine.


Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?

According to my opinion, it can be both Personal as well as a career also. This completely depends on a person. All you need is Dedication, support and love for the work you're doing.


Which restaurants/food joints would you recommend to food lovers?

I would recommend:
  • Sarvana Bhawan or Sagar Ratna for south Indian food.
  • Veg Gulati for North Indian food
  • Karims for Mughlai cuisine
  • Big chill Cafe for Italian food
  • And one more also definitely my favourite Imly restaurant

What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?

Several factors that matter the most for me while reviewing the restaurant that is Hygiene level, Food Quality and presentation, Hospitality, Prices and lastly Ambience.


Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?

Since I love non-veg food a lot so definitely I would associate myself with Chicken seekh kebabs, as it's juicy and succulent, with the right balance of spices and flavours.


Which is your favourite book and why?

My favourite is The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy.
It's a beautiful book and it has actually changed the way I look and perceive things. The author persistently discloses numerous ways to make us understand the powers and usage of our subconscious mind.
