1. Tell us about your upbringing and early career days

My childhood started off at a private school called St.Patricks. I went there from pre-k to 8th grade. My teachers at first were all nuns and I grew up with the same 20 students every class until I graduated. Before I graduated my father Victor Harris contributed to us reaching and winning the state private school basketball championship my 8th grade year. We was 13 and 0 that year. 


2. How did you rise to the highest echelons in your company?

I'm the owner and founder of Pay Screenwriters. 


3. Which is one mistake you wish you did not make?

I've made a lot of mistakes in my life. They all can be fixed if I could fix them. 


4. What does your typical day look like?

I rarely have fun. I'm steady searching for new ways to improve my life. I only go to sleep when my daily goals are completed.


5. What kind of a leader are you and what tips would you have for other leaders?

I'm a realist and I tend to take things as real as it gets. My tips for another leader would be to remember to lead as if you're still following something or someone. A Real leader leads with respect for their followers.


6. How do you see the company changing in 5 to 10 years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?

Pay screen writers is looking forward to being the best avenue for filmmakers to sell their work. I will let time do the telling of this premise. 


7. Which is your favourite book and why?

The Bible. Why because it has helped me realize who I am and where I should be headed spiritual. You can have all the material gifts you want in life but without spiritual gifts you lack God in your life and his direction for you eternally.
