“ Keishichou Tokuhanka 007 ” is one of my favourite manga about a protagonist with a mysterious backstory. The story has a clear western and eastern setting and is basically revolving around the protagonists. Both the protagonists fall in love with each other but don't seem to notice.
The female protagonist is kind of dull when it comes to emotions but who wouldn't be if they were raised in a research centre their entire life. The female protagonist gets to solve a lot of murder mystery cases and finds her own ‘sky’.

Synopsis – Spoiler Alert!
The series revolves around the female protagonist who has psychic abilities and can sense what has happened around just by touching things and can read the minds of people with a simple touch.
The "Special crime investigation department 007″ includes the most capable and extraordinary investigators who are often at the top of their job but there is also another side to this department, almost all the members are misfits who got transferred because they can’t be handled.
The young female protagonist Fuyuki, who has psychic abilities also becomes one of its members and is very capable at the work she does Fuyuki meets her partner in a rather unusual situation which is not something we wanna have with our partners. She is paired with Kuze, a cool and very handsome detective who tends to slack off and is very cold in nature.
Their combination proved to be one of the most dangerous ones, the police headquarters had ever seen and known of. Having an angelic face and Devilish heart, what a perfect combination…
About the Book:
This manga has a different way since the psychic and crime genre is clubbed together. Compared to the other books of this genre, I felt this book could have been made into an anime but it didn’t. This manga ranked about 403 and in popularity, it was around 1663 in the ‘My Anime List. This manga only had a few chapters but trust me once you start it you won’t be able to stop reading it.
Themes Involved:
The main theme of this manga is the Shoujo theme and it also has strong emotional content which can make some soft-hearted people feel uncomfortable. So read at your own risk!! Though it's shoujo themed, the romance between the main leads and their way of showing love and affection towards each other unconsciously was something that caught my heart really well.

The Bottom Line
In conclusion, the overall manga is really well set and the themes were clearly out of the box. The illustrations are well organised and having the old-style art in the modern era doesn't sound half bad, does it? There is something about the art that makes it feel like the characters are alive.
Apart from the storyline, the moulding of the characters and events are well organised and the plot twists make things much spicier. Having a cute yet dangerous couple paired up together doesn’t sound half bad does it?. The story starts off with a murder case straight off the bat and whenever the leads are brought underestimated how badass they can be. No combination of words can describe this book in my opinion. Simply fell in love with such a cute manga.
