Fish Curry
Goan fish curry, also known as Xitti Kodi, is a well-known Goan cuisine that is consumed daily by all Goans. The Goan fish curry contains a lot of spices in addition to coconut. The addition of raw mango further enhances the dish's acidic flavour. The dish's key components are a sizable Pomfret and raw mango. In addition, kingfish may be used in place of pompano. This Goan dish is served with rice.
Shark Ambot Tik

Poppy seeds and red Kashmiri chillies are the major components of chicken Xacuti. Another well-known Goan dish with Portuguese origins is this one. Kashmiri chillies are used precisely because they give the cuisine an extremely hot flavour and provide colour. This is one of the most popular Goan dishes.

A meal called Samarachi Kodi is made during the monsoon season. It's a dry curry with prawns. The key components are spicy, tangy masala dry prawns, onion, coconut, tamarind, and tomatoes. To give it the usual flavour and texture, coconut milk is added. Some people may substitute Bombay ducks for prawns.
