1. Can you discuss your background and experience in architectural design? What inspired you to pursue a career in this field?

I am a seasoned interior designer, recognized for my exquisite work in transforming spaces into breathtaking works of art. My portfolio includes the homes of numerous celebrities, establishing me as a leading name in the world of interior design.

For me, passion for art and design goes beyond a profession; it's a way of life evident in every project I undertake. My design philosophy is centered around creating beauty in every detail, be it a well-crafted piece of furniture or the perfect shade of paint.

Coming from a family deeply rooted in the world of art and design, creativity flows in my veins. My father, an accomplished architect, and my parents, national awardee bronze sculptors, nurtured my love for aesthetics from a young age. Growing up amidst sculpture foundries, art museums, and exhibitions, I developed an innate understanding of the interplay between art and design, now defining my signature style.

With my studio based in Delhi, I continue to leave an indelible mark on the world of interior design, turning spaces into stunning masterpieces that reflect my boundless creativity and passion for all things beautiful.

3. How do you typically overcome moments when you feel stuck or face a creative block in your design process?

When faced with a creative block in my design process, I adopt a multi-pronged approach to rekindle inspiration and overcome the hurdle. Firstly, I take a step back from the project and engage in activities unrelated to design—whether it's going for a walk, reading, or pursuing a hobby. This break allows my mind to rest and often sparks new ideas. Seeking diverse sources of inspiration, such as exploring different art forms, nature, or engaging with other creative individuals, helps me gain fresh perspectives and triggers new concepts.

Mind mapping or brainstorming enables me to visually map out thoughts and connections, stimulating creativity. Additionally, I find that setting specific constraints or challenges often fuels innovative thinking by narrowing down possibilities. Collaborating with peers for feedback or discussing the project often leads to valuable insights. Embracing flexibility and a willingness to experiment with various tools, techniques, or environments plays a significant role in breaking through creative blocks. Overall, a combination of relaxation, exploration, collaboration, and adaptability helps me navigate and overcome moments of creative stagnation in the design process.

4. In your opinion, what do you think will be the most significant changes or advancements in architectural design in the coming years?

In the upcoming years, several significant changes and advancements are poised to shape the landscape of architectural design. Sustainability will continue to be a paramount focus, leading to innovations in eco-friendly construction materials, energy-efficient designs, and a deeper integration of renewable energy sources. The adoption of cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), augmented reality (AR), and virtual reality (VR) will revolutionize the design process, allowing architects to create more intricate designs, simulate real-time environmental impacts, and enhance client visualization experiences.
