"I talk openly about my body confidence journey, living tall and curvy in a world that doesn’t always celebrate that."
Q. You often bring together fashion and everyday life. When you’re exploring NYC, do you choose the outfit to match the place, or the place to match the outfit?
Honestly, it’s a bit of both! Living in NYC, there’s so much inspiration everywhere - sometimes the vibe of a neighbourhood or café makes me want to dress a certain way. At the same time, other times I’ll put together an outfit I’m excited about and then choose a location that complements it.
Q. Dresses are such a big part of your identity. If you could design a “Claire dress,” what three details would make it unmistakably yours?
A Claire dress would definitely have a fun, colorful print. I love mixing patterns and unexpected color combinations. It would also have built in shorts (I’m such a fan of skorts, and it would be amazing to bring that comfort and practicality into a dress). And it would be a mini dress that’s short but not too short. As a tall girl, I know how tricky it can be to find dresses that hit at the right length, so I’d want to create one that feels cute, flattering, and made with tall girls in mind.
Q. Your page feels like more than just outfits — it’s a mood, a lifestyle. What’s the secret ingredient that makes content feel alive instead of just “pretty”?
The secret ingredient is authenticity. I never want my content to feel staged or unattainable. I talk openly about my body confidence journey, living tall and curvy in a world that doesn’t always celebrate that. Pairing fashion with honesty about who I am makes the content resonate - it’s not just about what I’m wearing, but how I’m feeling in it.
Definitely a large purse. Living in NYC and always being on the go means I need space to carry all my essentials - my mini fan, a sweater, sometimes even a change of shoes. The perfect bag has to be both cute and functional, something that ties the outfit together while also holding everything I need to keep up with a busy city day.
Q. Imagine a day in NYC where you could only carry one fashion or beauty item with you. What would it be, and why?
Definitely a large purse. Living in NYC and always being on the go means I need space to carry all my essentials - my mini fan, a sweater, sometimes even a change of shoes. The perfect bag has to be both cute and functional, something that ties the outfit together while also holding everything I need to keep up with a busy city day.Q. Every creator has a turning point. What moment made you realize, this is more than just posting — this is my creative journey?
The turning point for me was when I started getting messages from women saying that my content made them feel more comfortable in their own skin. I realized this wasn’t just about fashion anymore - it was about using my platform to inspire confidence and show that style has no size limit. That’s when I knew this was a true creative journey.
