Rakhee Agarwal Interview
"Manifest with intention, believe with conviction, and watch your life transform."
Q. Your work as a manifestation coach has earned you a large audience online. Beyond the person we see on camera, how would you describe yourself when the camera is off?
Off camera, I'm a very simple, grounded, and curious person. I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, reading books on the Law of Attraction, psychology, neuroscience, and spirituality, and practicing meditation. I also teach yoga at my Anantar Yoga and Wellness Studio, which keeps me connected to both physical and mental well-being.
I believe learning is a lifelong journey, so I constantly explore new skills whether it's music, astrology, editing, or anything that helps me grow creatively and personally. I don't see myself as someone who has all the answers. I'm a lifelong learner, and every experience teaches me something new. Whatever I learn and find valuable, I love sharing it with others in the hope that it makes a positive difference in their lives.
Q. How did you decide to become a manifestation coach? Was there a specific idea, special moment, or story behind it that struck you?
Yes, there was. It all started during a difficult phase in my life when I found myself feeling emotionally stuck in a relationship. During that time, I came across the teachings of BK Shivani Ji. Her wisdom completely changed the way I looked at my thoughts, emotions, and the power of the mind. That was the moment I began believing that our inner world shapes our outer reality. My curiosity only grew stronger. I started reading extensively about manifestation, the Law of Attraction, the subconscious mind, psychology, and neuroscience.
Instead of just reading, I applied these principles in my own life. Over time, I healed my relationships, transformed my mindset, and experienced positive changes within myself. Those personal transformations gave me the confidence that these principles could genuinely help others too.
As people began reaching out to learn from my journey, what started as a personal quest for healing gradually became my purpose to help others transform their lives from the inside out Today, my mission is not just to teach manifestation but to help people build healthier beliefs, heal emotionally, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Q. You help countless people navigate challenges in their lives, but are there days when you personally feel anxious, overwhelmed, or discouraged? How do you find your way through such moments?
Absolutely. Being a manifestation coach doesn't mean I'm free from difficult emotions. I experience stress, self-doubt, and overwhelming days just like everyone else. The difference is that I've learned not to suppress or fight those emotions. Instead, I acknowledge them, meditate, journal, practice gratitude, and remind myself that emotions are temporary they don't define who I am.
Yoga also plays a very important role in my life. My regular yoga practice helps me stay calm, balanced, and connected with myself, especially during challenging times. It gives me the mental clarity and emotional stability to respond rather than react. I also believe in taking practical action instead of waiting for motivation. Healing isn't about never falling; it's about becoming more aware, learning from every experience, and finding the strength to rise again with greater resilience.
Q. Looking back on your journey whether in education or as a manifestation coach is there a particular incident or interaction that deeply impacted you and changed your perspective on life?
Rather than one particular incident, it has been the many interactions I've had with people over the years that have deeply impacted me. Every time someone shares that they have healed a relationship, overcome anxiety, developed self- belief, or found inner peace through my teachings, it reminds me why I chose this path. These experiences have changed my perspective on success. Earlier, I believed success was about personal achievements and reaching goals.
Today, I believe true success lies in the positive impact we create in other people's lives. There is no greater reward than knowing that something I taught helped someone see life differently or take the first step toward healing. These interactions have also reinforced my belief that lasting transformation always begins within.
Q. Looking ahead to the next five years, what is your vision for your personal and professional growth?
Over the next five years, my vision is to continue growing both personally and professionally while reaching more people in a meaningful way. I want to grow my YouTube channel, Meraki.
Thoughts, into one of the leading platforms for manifestation, meditation, the Silva Method, and subconscious mind education, helping millions of people transform their lives through practical and science backed techniques. I also wish to expand Anantar Yoga and Wellness Studio into a space where people can experience holistic healing through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and emotional well-being. I hope to write books, develop transformative courses, and build a strong community that supports personal growth and conscious living. Personally, I want to keep learning, stay grounded, and become a better version of myself every year.
Q. You also help people heal anxiety through the Silva Method. Could you tell us about this method and how it helps people manage anxiety and stress?
The Silva Method is a mind-training and self development program developed by José Silva. It is designed to help people use the power of their subconscious mind to improve different areas of life, including emotional well-being, health, relationships, career, and personal growth.
It is a structured program that includes a variety of techniques such as the Three Fingers Technique, Mental Screen Technique, Mirror of the Mind, Mental Video Technique, Centering Exercise, and guided visualization. These techniques help people reduce anxiety and stress, improve emotional resilience, enhance concentration and memory, overcome limiting beliefs and addictions, make better decisions, solve problems more creatively, and support manifestation by developing a clear and focuses mindset.
In my sessions, I also integrate Silva techniques with meditation, breathwork, mindfulness practices. This combination helps calm the constant mental chatter, regulate emotions, and bring greater clarity and inner peace. I always tell my students that the Silva Method is not magic it’s a practical system for training the mind. With consistent practice, people often experience lasting positive changes not only in managing stress and anxiety but also in their confidence, relationships, productivity, and overall quality of life.
Q. If you could offer our readers one piece of advice for achieving both success and peace of mind, what would it be?
My advice would be: Never sacrifice your inner peace while chasing external success. Set goals, work hard, and dream big, but also take care of your mind, emotions, and relationships. Success feels very different when it is built on self worth instead of constant comparison. One thing I truly believe is that never let yourself grow old in your mind. Stay like a child curious, eager to learn, willing to explore, and able to enjoy even the simplest moments of life.
Children find joy in the present, and that's something we often lose as adults. Even a few minutes of meditation, gratitude, or self-reflection every day can transform the quality of your life. True success is not just achieving your goals; it's living with inner peace while continuing to enjoy life with the curiosity, excitement, and happiness of a child.
Q. Apart from your work, is there a book, movie, or web series that is especially close to your heart that you would recommend to our readers?
There are many books that have deeply influenced my journey, but if I had to recommend a few, they would be The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Dr. Joseph Murphy, Mirror Work by Louise Hay, and The Magic by Rhonda Byrne. Each of these books has taught me valuable lessons about self-belief, healing, gratitude, and the incredible power of our thoughts.
As for movies, 3 Idiots has always been one of my favorites. Beyond the humor, it beautifully reminds us to follow our passion, keep learning, question limiting beliefs, and not define success by society's expectations. Its message that excellence follows when we pursue what we truly love is something I deeply resonate with. I believe that the right book or movie can inspire new perspective, and sometimes a single idea has the power to transform an entire life.
