1)Tell us more about your role & responsibilities at your college.

I am  the Treasurer of  Éclat ,the Economics Society of Daulat ram College .
I am the representative of first year students in the Union. My role is to be the  voice of 1st year students in the union be it transmitting their grievances, problems or presenting their ideas and suggestions for the betterment of the society.

2)What's it like to juggle between a leadership role and normal college life?

It is quite challenging to live the two seasons together one being the spring season that is living life of a fresher where everything from the building to the colleagues are all new to me and requires creating a new fresh bond with everything and everyone and on the other being summer where l really need to work hard to help many students like me to understand their environment and develop a bond with them so that I can address their issues properly and effectively.

3)Do you enjoy the kind of influence you hold at such a young age?

To a little extent yes i do enjoy the kind of influence I hold in  the 1st year as in the first year freshers really need to do a lot of things to distinguish themselves from the crowd.

4)Do you have a message for parents to allow their kids to do things besides academics?

Yes , I think parents are the only people who could provide confidence plus moral support to their children to go beyond academics and explore themselves in some new fields be it leadership, arts, dance, music or management. These extra curricular activities help develop a student's personality.

5)What did you do in your current role that makes you feel really proud of yourself?

Student dealing is my favourite part. When I am actually able to solve someone's problem, the relief on their face provides me that level of satisfaction which is beyond words.

6)What's your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences?

Doing Internships add technical and practical knowledge to  our theoretical world and attending conferences widen our thinking space. In all ,both of them help us to develop our personality and increase our contacts.
