‘Country is not build by the leaders rather the mentality of the leaders’
Being aware of the fact that youth is the future of the country and only it will take the country to further heights, undoubtedly Indian government is putting buckets of efforts to further strengthen our education system. Still there are certain things that need to be brought into our education system to curb the follies prevailing.

1. Language Barrier:

We know our national language as Hindi but there is subordinate prevailing as English bringing class to people. In the race of language, we find the English medium schools on top of the board and Hindi medium as highly neglected. Not only in elementary education but also in higher secondary and jobs we find the language discrimination so common.

A company prefers the job to be taken by a person who is proficient in English rather than the one who uses Hindi as a medium to communicate. If our education system provide equality to all the languages than most of the people village could bridge the gap of becoming doctors and engineers.

2. Parrot Fashion

We have seen students taking the subjects as a boredom and practising rote learning. Rote learning is a factor which is only helpful to some extent. Moreover, Mechanical learning can only help you pass the examination but cannot be practically implemented on the real world. Thereby, the knowledge stands still when comes to real life experiences.

3. Grades The Deciding Factor

In our country we see the education being judged by report cards and the grades. This makes getting marks and good grades not a competitive factor but a burden thing. Thus, one could not easily manage the practical and sustainable knowledge rather the three hours examination sheets become the deciding factor for future studies. One must consider the factors such as classroom participation, projects, leadership skills and extra curriculum skills.

4. Subject Combination

Students find it so difficult to decide the subjects after the matriculation due to the uneven combination of subjects such as physics, chemistry and maths which top the hierarchical structure. Also, if a person wishes to study economics with biology and chemistry, he is unable to do so.

Also, we see people providing more respect to medical and science stream rather than humanities and commerce who are undoubtedly prime source of huge profiles.

5. Faculty Function

Nevertheless, our educators are equipped with proper knowledge and education, but some of them lack basic knowledge of transferring the knowledge they possess. They should be properly taught with training programs to make learning fun and explain better to the students.

6. Lessen the Hassle

Often we see people complaining about the hefty fees that schools charge and try to make parents fool. Annual charges and the charges of imported fabric of uniforms is not the luxury everyone could afford.

Private schools should understand the method of providing quality in education than in infrastructure and luxury. Also, Government schools should be well maintained so that people could assure quality education with minimal budget.

7. Objectives to Study

Many students find the studies boring and do not understand the logic of the being educated. Therefore, one must be always embedded with the objective of being educated and the need of participating in building block of the country’s economy.
