     1. Tell us more about your company and your journey.


My name is Aditi Jain and I am a Jewelry Designer. I am into jewelry business which includes Imitation Jewelry only. 

My company's name is ALMAS ADITI (almas means diamond) and its an online startup active on Instagram and Facebook. 


2. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?


Being from a business family I always wanted to do something unique and wanted to do business in a different field, one that includes my own creativity and mindset. Being a jewelry designer, I had the opportunity to start with my own business.


3. What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome that?


Talking about the biggest challenge that I have faced and I am facing it till now is the page setup and the products which I have to upload on daily basis, increasing the number of followers and building trust. 

Overcoming is a major role in this business as you need a lot of patience to do it.


4. What do you think are the most important qualities of a successful entrepreneur?


  1. If you want to be a successful entrepreneur challenging is the most important tip. Challenge yourself everyday.
  2. Take risks.
  3. Make great goals.
  4. Learn and create.
  5. If you don’t love what you do, don’t do it. I truly believe it. You have to make enormous amount of sacrifices.
  6. Without customers you don’t have a business. Honesty with your clients is important.


5. What are some of the most important factors for running a successful business?


  1. Organize your things well.
  2. Keeping details record up to the mark.
  3. Providing great services.
  4. Consistency as it will create long term positive habits.
  5. Creativity is also needed.
  6. Focusing on the part is also needed.


6. What are your tips for first time and aspiring entrepreneurs?


Being a women entrepreneur, its excites me everyday to go to work and enjoy it and deal with all types of things which makes me learn more and more.
