1. Tell us more about your company and your
journey?
About Us: We are, a Leading Brand in Domestic & International Industrial
visits and Adventure Programs. Quite renowned as Industrial visit
Organizers. We are committed to our mission of adding practical aspects within
the minds of students for a better understanding and thus creating a
“perspicacious student”. We aim to overwhelm our customers by providing a wide
range of services catering to their needs, with crowning satisfaction.
We are constantly innovating ourselves to provide a
new viewpoint to our customers for an industry, and thus imparting a whole
bunch of new experiences and learning Our USP is the customized Industrial
visits according students stream,. Thus providing a unique visit specially
designed for our customer.
2. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?
Journey of the start-up: Life has come full
circle for me After Competition of Education in Tour and travels industry
Management Diploma from Garware institute, Mumbai University, I got Job in
Purple Squirrel, As an Event Director in that profession I was gain Practical
Knowledge of 13 states in India and Many Destinations and got to learn about
Ground reality the Execution and how to Handle customers. And it was a
student’s Industrial visit Organisation Company but Due to Mismanagement of
funds Company was vanished in 2015. After that I was worked in another Industry
Visit Organisation where my job role was a Sales person. And from that I got to
know how the all things are working in any organisation and how every
department is corporate with each another. Sales is the Engine of every
business, Operation is More on based knowledge and research of any
organisation. Execution you can give your best when your sales and Operations
all things are crystal clear and satisfy. It should be always need to be cross
check for small or big execution due to its reflecting companies face in front
of the customers and in Market.
Why I started own firm ? Due to in my Sales job I
was not satisfied due to my previous company was not Delivering things to
customers as committed and day to day I was losing job satisfaction. In May
2015 I was resigned from my Job and start working on My Own business Idea
*(Eduventura, Eduventura it means Edu first three letters are reflecting
Education and Venture who defines fun, Travel and Joy . In this I got a big
support by Family and My wife Munira shaikh & Sandip Gaikwad ( C0-Founder),
Vishal Tambe (Operations Head), and finally my Venture was launched on 07th
July, 2015. March Till Now 2020 Twenty thousand students have travelled with
Eduventura, with Safety and Security.
3. What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you
overcome that?
Knowledge and Skill are two
different thing But with your hard work you can convert your knowledge in Skill
and from that skill you can tackle any challenge. In starting I was faced
Financial issue, Lack of man power, Lack of technical knowledge Work on Website
Designing, Marketing strategy, work strategy, Target Market with Targeted
Products For customers Complete satisfaction and with Limited Man power how to
provide complete satisfaction to Customer. And with the same how to attract
colleges *(Customers) without any Experience because Mumbai is a biggest
competition market. And to get a business every where we required some
reference but me and my team was decided will earn our Name and goodwill from
our services and customers happy faces.
And successfully we done also and Now
Eduventura is Not only catering Mumbai, Maharashtra’s colleges, apart from
Mumbai, Maharashtra we are providing services to Many of Colleges which located
at Chennai, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Gujarat, Rajasthan Colleges.
4. What do you think are the most important
qualities of a successful entrepreneur?
Successful Entrepreneur: Successful business
people have many traits in common with one another. They are confident and
optimistic. They are disciplined self-starters. They are open to any new ideas
which cross their path, Strong people skills, Strong work ethic, Passion
Passion is the most important trait of the
successful entrepreneur. They genuinely love their work. They are willing to
put in those extra hours to make the business succeed because there is a joy
their business gives which goes beyond the money. The successful entrepreneur
will always be reading and researching ways to make the business better.
5. What are some of the most important factors for running a successful
business?
Business success factors:
Leadership. Capable people who are able to focus on
the big picture while directing the small picture. ...
Strategic and tactical plans.
Powerful & calm mind decisions.
Effective communications.
Continuous quality improvement.
Great marketing are your tips for first
time and aspiring entrepreneurs?
Aspiring Entrepreneurs: Their I will say only
two things Hard work and Hope. Hard work if yo start any business or any firm
you have to be always a positive mind presence and Hope, Don’t lose battle
unless you win in that.
7. Which is your favourite book and why?
My Favourite Book is Akbarnama: Nine jewels
in Akbar's court. And it’s based on King Akbar Life.
