1. Tell us more about yourself and your profession.

From being a foodie to study food and nutrition my whole life changed it was not simply food but a science which had a major role to play in our body. 

So the journey started from the Institute Of Home Economics where the goals were clear by first year-end that what has been my take on my future. Did my Postgraduate diploma in dietetics and public health and nutrition and Msc in food and nutrition.

From where the journey started of being a lifestyle coach and most importantly an expert for PCOS AND INFERTILITY. As the journey of my transformation was self witnessed.
And love to connect and help people in achieving their health goals became my passion.

2. What is your fitness mantra?

My fitness mantra is to focus on eating right as per the body's needs and not just for the sake of eating.
"EATING RIGHT IS THE KEY TO HEALTHY BODY"

3. What are some of the major misconceptions about diets and exercises?

Yes, people do interpret diet by many misconceptions as for them its either eating less/crash meals/or salads/soup, where body faces maximum undernourishment leading to an unhealthy body type.

Diet not about eating less or more its about eating right.

4. How can one maintain a healthy lifestyle?

A healthy lifestyle can be maintained by in-cooperating a proper discipline in our daily chaos and devote equal time to fitness as well because diet and exercise go hand in hand. 

5. How can one build a successful career in your field?

Food and Nutrition will be a booming career in the upcoming time as people are getting more aware and concerned about there health as everything on the internet is not meant for everyone and we do need Nutritionist who will understand their bodies and be more precise in planning the routines and diet. From hospitals to food industry experts are needed at every step. 

6. What is one piece of advice you would like to give someone who wishes to lose weight?

When it's about losing weight make sure your meal plate has all the basic macros placed a perfect combination of carbohydrates/protein/fats/fiber and keep a check on your portion control and most importantly the root cause of the weight gain.

7. How do diets and exercise contribute to overall well being and happiness?

Diet and exercise play a very important in contributing overall as it helps in boosting metabolism naturally/improves blood circulation/strengthens muscles/keep hormones in check/improves insulin resistance/aid promotion of healthy cells/helps in proper sleep. And makes us feel positive about our bodies.
