1. Tell us more about your company and your journey. 

Hello Guys , Myself Rutik Shinde , Founder & Managing Director SP Global Solutions , Founder & Developer ENGG_SOLUTION, Engg_solution Academy & Developer @ महाcovid-19 India. 

So if we discuss about my startup, SP Global Solution is Education & Business Development Company founded in July 2019, But before SP Global Solutions we (Me & my partner) Ayush Pendkar has started with Engg_solution. 

So Basically Engg_solution is Ed-tech & Academic Website- Platform for the Engineering students launched in January 2019. Engineering Solution Provides all the academic materials, News Updates, Technological Blogs along with Various Courses and live hands on Webinars under Engg_solution Academy. 

Day by Day Engg_solution is becoming Very Popular among the DBATU Students. Then In July 2019 we have found an Organization Namely “SP Global Solutions” the Business & Education Development Company. So From July 2019 all the rights & rules come under SPGS, & Engg_solution work as a child company under SP Global Solutions. 

Later on we have added Mumbai University & Savitribai Phule University in Engg_solution & started providing services to SPPU & MU Engineering Students. Till today Engg_solution Academy has Delivered workshop & live webinars to More 20000+ Engineering Students & provided nearly 3000+ appreciation certificates to our Students. 

Also SP Global Solutions have business development platforms like Marketing Hub, Software Club, Online Business Consultancy, and Business Development Training Club. We started with only one website and tried all experiments of online business development onto it. 

We learned, gained experiences, Got trained and now we are helping others to grow; also tagline of our organization is “Let’s Grow Together”.


2. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?

Talking about this idea, that when we are in 2nd Year We were Facing so many problems with academic data materials & previous academics like question papers, mcq’s paper pattern etc. etc. as our academic batch was 1st batch with Updated & Revised syllabus. 

So I have got this idea that why we shouldn’t solve this problem and do something for our junior and upcoming Engineering University Students. Then I came up with idea told to my best Friend Ayush that we have to develop so and so & work like this, he said OK. 

Idea is innovative & it will definitely leads up in the future. So we started Collecting Data from various sources, learning some basic things need to to develop the website & so on. We do all this work in Our Exam preparation leave timing & Started Actual Working in Dec 2018 i.e After semester Examination. 

Later on we do various Courses; learn various aspects of Business, Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ad-sense, Google Ad-words, Google My Business, B2B Business, B2C Business, Blogging, etc. etc. & exploring more & more. 

The main thing is we never stuck up with situation, we always wanted to do something different than other students, we started learning different technology, different Business strategy and started moving forward day by day.


3. What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome that?

See, talking about challenges that This world , our life is full of challenges and problems the only condition is how you tackle with the current situation & make it easy by your knowledge, your skills & nature. 

So, “According to me Finding proper, futuristic, leading, & Community Oriented Solution is the Biggest Challenge for every kinds of startup.” You are starting something that is good, but have made your clear Vision, have you identify & clarify the actual problem of the society/community & the solution we have found will that really be beneficial in the upcoming time? 

So studying & analyzing all this is the biggest challenge even also for us. The next challenge in any startup is that how do you survive in the Market, how you explore your vision, how you tackle with your competitors & deal with upcoming problems. 

See in short, “Acquisition may be little bit easy but retaining & surviving in the market is the most difficult task & challenge in any kinds of startup”. Those who can deal with this challenges & situation, believe me he will definitely become successful entrepreneur with leading & Community Oriented Startup.


4. What do you think are the most important qualities of a successful entrepreneur?

In today’s Generation becoming entrepreneur & moving in entrepreneurship is most of the youth’s dream So According to my experience every entrepreneur should carry/have some of following qualities - 

• Disciplined

These individuals are focused on making their businesses work, and eliminate any hindrances or distractions to their goals. They have overarching strategies and outline the tactics to accomplish them. Successful entrepreneurs are disciplined enough to take steps every day toward the achievement of their objectives.

• Confidence

The entrepreneur does not ask questions about whether they can succeed or whether they are worthy of success. They are confident with the knowledge that they will make their businesses succeed. They exude that confidence in everything they do.

• Open Minded

Entrepreneurs realize that every event and situation is a business opportunity. Ideas are constantly being generated about workflows and efficiency, people skills and potential new businesses. They have the ability to look at everything around them and focus it toward their goals.

• Self-Starter

Entrepreneurs know that if something needs to be done, they should start it themselves. They set the parameters and make sure that projects follow that path. They are proactive, not waiting for someone to give them permission.

• Competitive

Many companies are formed because an entrepreneur knows that they can do a job better than another. They need to win at the sports they play and need to win at the businesses that they create. An entrepreneur will highlight their own company’s track record of success.

• Creativity

One facet of creativity is being able to make connections between seemingly unrelated events or situations. Entrepreneurs often come up with solutions which are the synthesis of other items. They will re-purpose products to market them to new industries.

• Determination

Entrepreneurs are not thwarted by their defeats. They look at defeat as an opportunity for success. They are determined to make all of their endeavors succeed, so will try and try again until it does. Successful entrepreneurs do not believe that something cannot be done.

• Strong people skills

The entrepreneur has strong communication skills to sell the product and motivate employees. Most successful entrepreneurs know how to motivate their employees so the business grows overall. They are very good at highlighting the benefits of any situation and coaching others to their success.

• Strong work ethic

The successful entrepreneur will often be the first person to arrive at the office and the last one to leave. They will come in on their days off to make sure that an outcome meets their expectations. Their mind is constantly on their work, whether they are in or out of the workplace.

• Passion

Passion is the most important trait of the successful entrepreneur. They genuinely love their work. They are willing to put in those extra hours to make the business succeed because there is a joy their business gives which goes beyond the money. The successful entrepreneur will always be reading and researching ways to make the business better. 

Successful entrepreneurs want to see what the view is like at the top of the business mountain. Once they see it, they want to go further. They know how to talk to their employees, and their businesses soar as a result.


5. What are some of the most important factors for running a successful business?

I have already mentioned some of qualities of Successful entrepreneur, if you can Get or acquire these kinds of skill setting Qualities then you will definitely lead up the successful Busyness.


6. What are your tips for first time and aspiring entrepreneurs?

Yes, I this is very Good Question, see First thing if you want to become successful entrepreneur then you should have followed your passion because without passion you can’t do anything. Without strong will and determination you couldn’t do something different. 

Second thing make out your clear Vision while entering in any field, be clear with your plans & marketing strategy. Study & analyze Market. Take a Future Oriented Risk, because without risk you will just stuck up with idea & will be thinking of just doing something .i.e. take instant action exact after a proper and clear Vision. 

The Last but not least “Always Comes up with Idea Innovation, instead of Idea Imitation” & found out something different that will be really helpful for the society. Because in today’s time 90% of innovative startups are leading tomorrow’s Future.


7. How can one overcome a hurdle of lack of funds when starting up?

According to me Funding is not that much important to start the business at the initial stage, the only thing is important that is your idea, innovation, Problematic statement & strong vision behind the startup . 

As you Start working on your startup & really make some noise in the society, & proved your vision to community any Investors will approach you and help you to lead up the successful business. But if you are only thinking I will start working only when I will get fund from third party or find any investor then that will be really bad sign for your startup. 

If we talk about our startup we haven’t approach any investors as there was no need at the initial stage as it was Information technology based startup. So we started this only on the basis of our skill set & started exploring more & more. 

See, in today’s generation Funding is not that much important because there are many NGO’s & Government Organization helps you in the form of startup funding. So Don’t worry about this term , Just Come with the Idea innovation and clear Vision, Believe me you will definitely lead up the successful Business.
