I am Miss Renuka Bhirangi and I am a certified personal trainer. Both theory and practical knowledge is important in fitness industry. Knowledge about body functioning and required proteins is essential. Nowadays this industry is at high requirement as the awareness regarding fitness has increased.

3. What are some of major misconceptions about diets and exercises?

  • Mostly people think daily exercising is difficult but actually maintaining your diet is though
  • Some people try to exercise all the muscles together which leads to fatigue

 

4. How can one maintain a healthy lifestyle?

For living healthy lifestyle regular exercise and diet is important but rest is also a main component to follow.

 

5. How can one build a successful career in your field?

Creating small goals and achieving them would help to grow in this field. Dedication and never give up attitude will help to succeed.

 

6. What is one piece of advice you would like to give someone who wishes to lose weight?

  • One should understand the difference between weight loss and fat loss
  • For weight loss you should be particular about your diet and sleep timings
  • And also be patient because results would take more time than you expect

 

7. How do diets and exercise contribute to overall well being and happiness?

  • While exercise for a particular period of time your mind completely concentrates on your body's functioning which gives break to your mind from other thoughts
  • Following regularly a particular diet provides essential vitamins and proteins to your body
  • Diet also helps in hormonal balance which leads to happiness
