1. Tell us about your background and journey.
Buzzforfood is a team of three having co-founders Tarang Gupta, Ritika Chauhan and Nandini Namdev. We guys are college friends. We are pursuing our career in Food Technology from Amity University, Noida (Tarang and Ritika) and Delhi University (Nandini) and are currently in 2nd year of Bachelor’s degree. So we people are food technologists as well.
2. When did you first decide that you wanted to create content and how did you start?
The three of us are big time foodies. Whenever we got time, in between classes and after college was over, we used to wander in cafeterias looking for good food and experimenting with our taste buds. Also we loved clicking pictures of food. In cafe's we saw different food bloggers and critics so we also decided why not? That's how it all started in the month of February 2019 as Eat_sleep_repeat which is now buzzforfood.

3. Is vlogging and Instagram content creation a financially sustainable career?
According to us yes. Instagram influencing and content creation is a financially sustainable career as it just not only entails one thing, it's an umbrella term for a lot of other opportunities that are under it. Like content writing, video editing, digital marketing, photography, food styling etc. It's a complete industry on its own.
4. Who is your favourite creator and why?
There are many content creators in the industry who are at great platform right now and are excellent at their work. There are people that motivate us. For instance, we just love the exceptional food styling work Dawatehind and Adatewithlife is doing. Kuljyoti.dhingra, foodiesince96, and dilsebhukkad are really very helpful and having an eye-catching feed as well. Foodzaara, a perfect example of content creation on such a big platform.
5. How and where do you find inspiration to churn out content?
To be honest, there is no such inspiration behind the work and content we are creating. We keep experimenting and getting inspired by other people's work and give our content a twist with it. It's all about researching and being observant of what is going around and what all is popular.

6. What does your typical day look like?
A typical day is very hectic to be very honest. Managing classes and content is tough no doubt but it's become a part of our lives now. If one day due to classes we are not able to post something, it feels like we missed something big for the day. Usually on weekdays we go to cafe visits after classes. The weekends are all about creating and managing our content.
7. Which is your favourite book and why?
Not a bookworm for sure, but Nandini’s favourite book which she can read anytime, anywhere is The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. This book is filled with the situations that we face at least once in our lifetime. The book is the perfect way to know about your life, your dreams and one should read this once.
8. What piece of advice would you like to give to future and aspiring creators?
Think something innovative and out of the box. Regularity is must. Focus on photography, angles and editing too. Followers, Likes, Comments are just numbers, do not chase them. Rather, interact and know your audience. And last but not the least Learn from people who have experience and knowledge, rather than copying someone’s content.
