1. Tell us more about your role & responsibilities at your college?
As a part of my academic ladder, this plays an important role. Being in contact with everyone at all the levels from peers to the heads and manage their stuff isn't something exciting always but this is something that makes me feel responsible and worthy of looking up to such areas in life.
2. How did you rise up to your position and how can a student aspiring the same, approach it?
Staying positively dedicated and being consistent to work in the direction of your goal. Network building, making your input visible, and conveyed is important. Prioritize your goals and work upon them. Take out time and think about the best way to approach it.
3. What have been some of your biggest challenges and learnings from what you do?
Representing your peers and taking steps for them isn't that great when it comes to day to day toll that I have to work upon. Also, some things are pretty messed up if you get into them. But after all that, it's a part of my role. The end of the day is happy for me, working for the best I can bring to the table. I learn to deal with people and come out of my comfort zone to get things done it's no less than selling for yourself.
4. What did you do in your current role that makes you feel really proud of yourself?
Standing up for my fellow mates and making points presentable is what I've done so far it makes me more confident and conversion from validation of ideas to making them happen is what I'm proud of.
5. What's your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences?
Student life is a mixed bag of getting and wanting but the factor differentiating everything are you putting an extra effort to get all that you want. Internships and Conferences are the best way you can jump over and grab great opportunities so try not to miss any. For your area of interest, extra knowledge is always an add on.
