I am the CR of two discipline and a campus ambassador at younity with that I am also a part of Enactus Gargi and NSS Gargi . Leadership itself is a process of motivating yourself and others to work towards achieving a specific vision. According to me,
the first step towards being a good leader is to have the desire to take the lead. Inspire yourself first then inspire others to work with you. One can graduate into being a leader by only practicing the art of being a follower.

The biggest challenge  and learning which I faced is to cope up with pressure handling skills i.e. eventually meeting the deadlines. My aim in life is to work in a corporate field and  Yes surely the current roles are the stepping stone towards the success in my life as these roles helped me to be more disciplined and organized . They help me to develop situational awareness and anticipate the bigger problem before they occur and how to find a valuable solution for it. Being in this position helps me to recognize opportunities which others overlook that certainly help me to get recognition. Moreover these responsibilities gives me a room for recreation and  to take up new challenge that certainly help me to learn new things in life.
