2. How did you rise up to your position and how can a student aspiring the same, approach it?

So, first of all, I don't know how I got into all this, So basically it was with my self-interest and urge to achieve something do something great to the society help to build the Ecosystem live in a better environment

To achieve or get into anything you do not need any Inspiration to trust, you're the inspiration yourself the interest which lies in you to achieve something to do something better than yesterday is the greatest Inspiration to you
When you have something want you want in you I don't see why is there something externally required to think about it do what you like do what you want to do with whatever you got let's see what stops you.

Get the hurdles jumped and keep moving this is the key to your happiness and success. Yes, of course, you can have a role model of the person who is achieved already in your  field of interest, but until you turn into a role model

3. What's it like to juggle between a leadership role and normal college life?

So juggling between the leadership and normal college life

I have hardly stepped into class at times
I would be occupied with some of the other work in the college and as well as my professional commitment. To be brutally honest I don't know what was normal college life after all this happened I use to multitask I use to attend classes stay back late to get some things finished.

It was tiring but never a burden or I got bored. I was enjoying what was happening. It was fun and I was getting to learn new things so that's what it all mattered for me at the end. I was decent with my academics as well
Not a topper of course but still a student who could manage I didn't mention anything about Mathematics also please mind :') just in case if you were wondering how did he do that miracle.

4. What have been some of your biggest challenges and learnings from what you do?

Yes, challenges were so many that I can't remember a few of them as well. Yes am a normal human, an Aspiring student, challenges are faced by each one of us  in their career, life or what so ever. Even I had some sleepless night that lonely evening where I would star at the sky thinking what to do.

My biggest fear inside me to do something meaningful in life that urges if wining and doing something which you like to achieve something more than your comfort zone is what gets me self satisfaction.

It was challenging to be dependent on someone or something but if would be better if you could do it on your own. So whatever I have done so far I have learnt the hard way do yes you Rember and Excel well if you do it the rough way.

Till date, I work to learn and gain experience, I have improved and learnt personally,  about who I was.  An introvert to a person addressing the crowd of hundreds easily. Also Professional has developed in my soft skills communication, behaviour, to stand bold and strong not to forget the sense of humour.

5. Do you enjoy the kind of influence you hold at such a young age?

Yes, I enjoy and learn from every bit I do as it really makes me happy and satisfied to end the day with the happiness lies in what you do the influence is this age of mine I guess this is what I desired for.

6. How do your parent's look at you participating in extracurricular activities?

My Parents dint really understand what I was up to they thought I was just doing some time pass I was just wasting my time wailing around sitting in front of the laptop the whole night or most of the times. Keep roaming unnecessarily. Later they saw the awards recognitions government appreciation letters.

Then the understood he is up to what he wants to stand up on I never had them to be a hurdle to whatever I do. Yes at times some risky rescue operations or anything with too much effort my mom would stop me but I would be convincing later. When your parents know what your up to which gives you knowledge experience new learning and exposure to the outer world without any doubt you have them on your back for sure.

7. What are your career goals and how is what you are doing is going to help you with that?

My career goals in the starting were something like a 9-5 job. Now for the exposure and being a founder and CEO of an amateur company you can know I want to expand it to a greater height but still a primary job is All it requires. So whatever I am doing right now is helping me a lot to gain experience professionally to build my contacts and professional circle have the right exposure.

8. What are the top skills that you have learnt with what you do?

The top skills with what I have learnt is a lot just to narrow it down a little bit
I have learnt time management, and how to deal with Stress. How to perfectly planed strategic approach, problem-solving ability soft skills leadership qualities and much more what you think you require in your life to excel.

 9. How can we encourage more young students such as yourself to take-up leadership roles?

I would love to encourage more students to take up leadership. The first rule in success is not too turn your back at whatever your good at. Not to reject any opportunities what you get. Never be scared to start up something if you aim big you can achieve something at least just because we live in a competitive world where your battle is a lot bigger than you think. So have that urge running in you to build up what you want. Just stay focused on it without stressing out more. Just don't forget to enjoy your life as well a career is just a part of your life..! So be strong mentally to achieve something big.

10. Do you have a message for parents to allow their kids to do things besides academics?

I would like to tell parents not to stop then when they want to do anything they wish to even if the society doesn't want them to. I know a lot of friends who wanted to get into modelling but the parents were resisting just thinking about how society will react. So one strong message is to trust your children, after all, half the things they do is to make you feel proud. How much ever they achieve out the house isn't what it matters their inner peace.

The real achievement what lies in is the appreciation which they get from thier parents and loved ones inside the house. So try to not stop then at least if not support, I am really proud about what I have become too what I was. Yes, I told you the urge to achieving doesn't stop. I want to continue until others are proud of me not just myself. When my parents are called on the platform and when they feel proud about what I am that's when I will feel proud of myself for real..!! :')

11. What's your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences?

So I ain't any motivational speaker so you can't expect a motivational message but surely I can tell you where you can get that motivation from. It's you inside you think of what you want to do have the urge to achieve something big something better than yesterday something better to come for a tomorrow and mainly leave the past behind it's not going to get you anything that you want or wanted to so there is no point. Stay focused on your goal.

Stay focused on your goal with all you got with all your heart and brain. You got to do some mistakes to learn no one is born perfect remember that So make some mistakes don't hesitate to screw things up but yes learn from that at the same time make sure you make a new mistake next time so you will have a new lesson to learn

Life is good and easy when learnt it the hard way..!!!
