My Company Name is Heat Treat Enterprise. We are one of the leading Heat Treatment Service Provider in Gujarat. We have started Our Journey in 1995. With the goal to achieve excellence in every department.
2. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?
My Brother is Metallurgist, we saw there are only few Industry who are doing Heat Treatment. We started this business to serve better Quality to the industry and giving good quality products to industry
3. What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome that?
Our Biggest challenge to stick in the market from competitor. Initially we faced problem of commercial problem against our quality service. But we stick in our quality with our Price
4. What do you think are the most important qualities of a successful entrepreneur?
To be a Successful Entrepreneur Honesty, & commitment are most important and one should have that brave and gut mind to do the things in every possible manner and to achieve the goals in every manner even at the worse time.
5. What are some of the most important factors for running a successful business?
Keep Your Eyes Open on Market Situation. Quality Products and With commercial requirements of customer and the important thing of giving quality products to the customer and make customer happy and should do all his work with you in future.
6. What are your tips for first time and aspiring entrepreneurs?
When your start any business you to care with Your Product Quality, customer satisfaction with their requirements. You should follow your dreams in every possible manner in such a way that helps the society and should help the country in possible way.
7. How can one overcome a hurdle of lack of funds when starting up?
Funds Management is the most important for new business so that we have to build the supply chain management and good will so that when adverse time comes it can be very helpful
8. What is the biggest inspiration behind your work?
My Father is my biggest inspiration behind my work and his ability to do work very organized and systematic way that increased my work ethic and pursue good work.
9. How to create an entrepreneurial mindset?
Become Entrepreneur you have keep giving best quality of products / service to the market. Keep searching New Market for your product. Focus on your self energy to make a good product/service
10. How you are seeing your company's future after Covid 19
Future of our company is more brighter then now, we learnt so many things in this Covid 19. That will help us in future. Hope for the best and if everyone should look like the adverse effects as opportunity then everyone will succeed in their respected field and hope for the best.
