Fitness should not just be limited to losing weight or building big muscles. Everyone needs to develop physical, mental and emotional health.

The list is really long. Here are few examples regarding misconceptions of diet and exercise. People see diet as something negative or food restrictions but the truth is diet is associated with a person's overall food intake whether a person has a healthy diet or unhealthy diet and that too varies from person to person.
Eating carbohydrates makes you fat
Eating at night causes weight gain
Low fat diets are healthy alternative.
Keto diet is best for weight loss.
Best time for exercise is in the morning

- Eat fruits and vegetables
- Drink plenty of water
