1. Tell us about your background and journey.

We are basically BBM and Ba English graduates who love to hang out and try different varieties of food. We started off as food friends to soul mates. So the journey is simple. We have loved each other's company since college days and finally, our journey reciprocated as Cochin Food Alert.

We are a team of 2 members Amrutha Jinan (pursuing in Ma Journalism) and Akshay John Dixon (Entrepreneur).

2. Which is your favorite cuisine and dish?

We are a big-time fan of Pan Asian Cuisine and die heart fan of authentic South Indian food. Chennai Biryani (Sukku Bhai Biryani) is one of our all-time favorite dishes and Nasi Goreng.

3. Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?

Food Blogging should definitely be done out of passion because it requires consistency and honesty, admits all these factors, investment of time and money also plays a major role.

We cannot depend on Food Blogging as a regular career because the monetization benefits are considerably low compared to our daily expenses.

4. Which restaurants/food joints(any) would you recommend to food lovers?

Any food served with love, hygiene and quality is an ideal example of good food and good restaurants. Good food can fulfill your soul as well as your tummy. One of our most favorite places in Kochi is Jeff Biriyani, we absolutely adore their quality and perfection.

5. What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?

We appreciate a particular dish when it is cooked to perfection and it satisfies our audaciousness. We usually review the dishes we personally love and endure.

6. Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?

We associate ourselves with Curd Rice because it's simple and effortless.
