Actually I love to lead the work because I think I have a leadership quality. and the thing which comes to me to be performed, I give it my best to make it best.this is not that easy to be a CR , as u need to work for your teachers all the time. a single mistake can lead to a problem. so u need to be there when the teacher needs u.

Leadership role and a normal college life is quite different as being a normal student, you only come to college , attend lectures and back to home or whatever you do. but a CR or leader have

As a CR, none of the task given to me is small challenge. Each and every work given to me is a challenge and I take it as my responsibility to be done. but the biggest one was when the teacher told me to make sure that each of the students has got an internship or not, if someone is not doing make sure that they are doing any course or not. and this task wawa quite challenging for me as i was out of Delhi and the lockdown period was going on and it was very difficult for me to connect with everyone at that time. but still i completed that task.

My goal is to be a CEO of an MNC. And asn you know that CEO always leads the work so my leadership quality is gonna help me very much for this.

7. How can we encourage more young students as you to take-up leadership roles?

By motivating them. you can tell them how interesting it would be if you lead a work. you will probably be praised for your work

8. What’s your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences? What’s your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences?

I just wanted to say that please just go for an internship as this is gonna give you a good experience and it's very important for your CV because interviewers will ask you whether you have done any internship or not. If you have done , you will be one step ahead to be selected. attend conferences as much as you can. because all these certificates will give you a plus point to be selected at the time of placement
