1.  Tell us more about your role & responsibilities at your college.

I am the Vice-president of placement cell, marketing head of Enactus, and senior core member of career guidance cell. While getting placements in college, my responsibilities go from handling two Enactus projects to helping other peers in the career.

2. How did you rise up to your position and how can a student aspiring the same, approach it?

There is no secret ingredient, to be honest, I was scared on my first day to colleges and decided to join these clubs. I was always falling behind but continuously working and devoting time bore results, and this is what every aspiring student should look for it.

3. What have been some of your biggest challenges and learning from what you do?

My biggest challenge should be, when I used to call outsiders, meet and greet with new people, always a tough job but you always get some knowledge out of it. I learned teamwork, management and leadership, and smart and quick analysis skills.

4. What did you do in your current role that makes you feel really proud of yourself?

I have represented Enactus in many B-school competitions and winning them was indeed something am proud of, as they were always filled with knowledge and fun. Being able to talk to professional HR and handle drives is something I also hold close. These small but important events helped me and boosted me always.

5. What's your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences?

I would say one thing, don’t go for a thing because it looks good for your profile. Every person has this insatiable hunger of knowledge, and one should recognize it, and until unless u feel that hunger satisfied and all knowledge gained, do all internships and conferences because trust me it will help you.
