1. Tell us more about your roles and responsibilities.

As a CR I have to update the whole class about the academic information that has been passed by teachers or management and more over represent the class if any group activity undergoes. 

Also I represents the class in front of teachers and management committee in case there is any issue.Help professors in giving notes and journals etc to students by giving photocopies.

2. How did you rise up to your position and how can a student aspiring the same, approach it?

When it comes to things such as class representatives, even extroverts tend to shy away. I recommend So go for it , what's the worse that could happen? Never regret not doing something . I'm sure there are people like you in your class. You'd actually be representing them. So they'd vote for you.

Try to speak with students and teachers more.

Make a good picture of yours in mind of students

Try to express yourself in front of the class confidently.

Become more responsible , so that students may see you as a good leader.

By practicing these habits you can become your class representative.

4. What have been some of your biggest challenges and learning from what you do?

Challenge- when we talk about challenges it's the word that everyone face in every field, job, etc . As a CR, it's quite boring for me in starting .

Learning - learning never stops I learned a lot .

6. What are your career goals and how is what you are doing going to help you with that?

My goal is to do job in finance sector. It will help me in future by letting know how to enjoy life and done the authorized responsibilities at the same time. More importantly I come to know about time management.

7. How can we encourage more young students as you to take-up leadership roles?

First of fall we have to give some responsibility/leadership role so that they come to know about work, how it will done. Apparently when responsibility hit your head than you become more responsible and more encourage to take the leadership role.  

8. What’s your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences?

It's always be the golden opportunity for all to do something new which polish their skills so grab the opportunity and make yourself different from others.
