1. Tell us more about your role and responsibilities at your college.

Ans. The main game is during the fest season, since fests are a major part of our college culture, The main role is to bring in a lot of funds and attract leads to sponsor our College fest, in return we promise them certain deliverables from our side, so the deal becomes mutually beneficial.
Another major responsibility is handling promotions of all sorts and initiating marketing campaigns on all platforms including online and offline both.

2. How can we encourage more young students such as yourself to take up leadership role?

Ans. Personally, I feel the best way to encourage more young students to take up leadership roles is through getting them invested in various relevant programmes, put them in charge with real responsibilities with a limited role of the faculty just for guidance and mentoring.

3. What have been your biggest challenges and learning from what you do?

Ans. The biggest challenge I feel for just anyone in this field is generating traffic and leads to invest or to provide sponsorships and the greatest learning or I would say in my case, the skills that I have enhanced through this are my convincing, influencing power and getting the best understanding of what should be delivered to whom, basically the best of communication and analysis.

4. What are your career goals and how is what you are doing is going to help you with that?

Ans. I am a political science student and my professional goals are related to the same field that I’m currently pursuing.
I think a role like this is very important for everyone, no matter what field you want to end up in, since it gives you a lot of exposure in terms of market and the real world outside.
You learn to deal with a lot of things, make strategical decisions and develop a business sense and of course lot of street smartness!

5. What's your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences?

And. “The years teach much which the days never know”
This precisely explains my message,
With exposure and experience in young days you  get a lot of learning and understanding that helps you be better at anything you do when you are expected to do in the later days.
You’re already a master because of the decisions you made earlier!!!
