1. Tell us more about your role & responsibilities at your college.

My college life is been hectic from day one because I was not clear about my aim, I had no goals but now, I'm the College President of "SPIRIT OF YOUTH FOUNDATION NGO", this is a not-for-profit organization striving to educate each and every child and working to improve the basic literacy and numeracy skills of underprivileged children who are unable to attend regular schools due to one reason or other.

In addition to that I'm a Digital Marketer, yes that's my niche. I've done many freelancing jobs as well as I had my own company DigiExtract Marketing Solutions but somehow it failed. Then I'm starting another Blogging website with my friend which is "www.thebloggersdome.com" Let's hope for the best for this.

2. How did you rise up to your position and how can a student aspiring the same, approach it?

Initially, I always have my cousins to guide me but after that too I was not clear about anything. Then I started searching career lines for upcoming years, then after so many research I finally got interest in Digital Marketing. I've done course from Skill Circle in 2019.

I started my own company. My father is my role model since day one and I remember my father once asked me not to stop until you reach your goal and here I'm still hustling to grab my position as known Digital Marketer and Entrepreneur. I just want to say don't wait for opportunities, make one for yourself and if you wait don't let any opportunity to miss from your hand.

1.   3. What have been some of your biggest challenges and learning from what you do?

Like I said, I was confused and I don't have my aim, my goals for future. I've my cousins to guide but still not clear about anything Then, I started researching for different career opportunities on my own. I started taking interest in Digital Marketing and I completed 6 months course. People usually think that after doing additional courses during College will lead you towards better opportunities and it is true until you keep practicing what you have learnt. So keep learning and keep hustling until you get satisfied with your results.

2.  4. What did you do in your current role that makes you feel really proud of yourself?

After completion of my Digital Marketing course. I started my own startup which was Digi Extract Marketing Solutions somehow it failed but I never stopped. I started freelancing from where I'm earning money to spend for myself. Now I'm not asking for money from my parents which is a big achievement for me. Also my father has his business of electrical accessories, I'm helping him to Digital it. I started Amazon Seller where we can sell our products. I'm proud of myself as I never knew I can do these things on my own. I always keep on digging my capabilities so that I can achieve success in future.

5. What's your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences?

Internship is an important part of our work experience. It is the place where you can learn things which no one teach you. Being a management student you should know how to act or react in different situations not only in workplace but also in your life. You can only learn these things when you're put in those situations to deal with. People buy Internship certificates for making project files in college but ultimately they lack the experience and learning from that short period of time.

We should attend different conferences like Entrepreneur 2019, techsparks, Nasscom product conclave etc.. In these conferences people come from worldwide and you'll get to know people from different niche. Networking nowadays is very important to get new career opportunities, new jobs and also it benefits in other ways too. You can have support and advice from experts.
