1. Tell us more about your roles and responsibilities.
The main role of CR is as per its full form that's class re-presentor. I am the person who has responsibility to solve problems related to college and extracurricular activities of every students of my section i.e, IT B. I am also the person who take information from HOD and other teachers and convey to other study related to any topic of our college.
2. How did you rise up to your position and how can a student aspiring the same, approach it?
By being a good leader , I can rise up my position. And as a leader leads any group by dealing and approaching every students of the group , by achieving best leadership quality, me and other students can approach it.
3. What is it like to juggle between a leadership role and normal college life?
Being a leader of any group , it builds a self confidence inside us, we due to which we are able to become responsible person. And we also learn new things everyday. But a normal college person can't build it without taking any responsibility .
4. What have been some of your biggest challenges and learning’s from what you do?
some of my biggest challenges and leaning things are ---
I learn to take responsibility of any work.
I became a good communicator by talking to our respective teachers.
One biggest challenges that i covered that's frequent English speaking, but after becoming CR ,I worked on it and now i can speak English frequently.
5. How do your parents look at you participating in extracurricular activities?
My parents always supports me in each and every work, anything that I want, they always encourage me to take part in extracurricular activities. Because as they taught me that we should be al-rounder and active in each field.
6. What are your career goals and how is what you are doing going to help you with that?
I want to become a CEO of a company. By which a can lead an industry related to app and through this I want to help others .
7. How can we encourage more young students as you to take-up leadership roles?
We can encourage more young students by giving examples of some best leaders of our country. We can tell their or show their struggling stories. And by explaining the benefits, to achieve leadership quality.
8. What’s your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences?
I want to tell them, that our life is full of struggle so we should be ready for every situation. We should practice in our field as we can do, and internships are the best way of practicing our work by practical method. By attending seminars and conferences we learns new way to deals with our problems and the speakers who came to teach us are very experienced who taught us our mistake points how can we become best in short time.
