1. Tell us more about your company and your journey.

My company name is eBay Ninja and it offers e-commerce services, from creating a professional e-commerce website where customers can sell their products online and accept payments to selling on marketplaces like eBay and Amazon. Anything and everything specific to e-commere, we got it covered for the customer with our experience and expertise in this domain. 

I have started my IT firm back in 2012, after working 5 years under IT industry I saw there’s still need of a firm which is built to tackle e-commerce industry only and target only the specific audience(Online sellers). Targetting specific niche gave us advantages over other IT companies and we quickly created our pull of customers who are happy with our services and output. 

2. How did you come up with this idea and go about executing it?

During my career, I have also worked in an Indian Diamond firm which was selling diamonds online to oversas customers through ebay and Amazon. The experience working closely with entire online sales team gave me an idea and then I have established a firm which tackles to these specific audience and make their work easier when it comes to online sales.

We targeted customers who had large online inventory and had difficulties to manage their stock , inventory online. We recommended them smarter tools and methods to manage their large inventory online with less efforts and time. Today, eBay Ninja offers a complete multi-channel solution through which customers can manage all their online sales channels from single dashboard. 

3. What has been your biggest challenge that you faced and how did you overcome that?

The biggest challenge was to convince the customers to choose better solution or methods to manage their online sales. Not all the customers are ready to jump start with a new system without seeing advantages.

Initially we even worked free and offer big discount to these customers to make them realize that there’s an advantage in saving time and efforts if they switch to better tools and technology and slowly we have started to gain their confidance and our customer base grew gradually. 

4. What do you think are the most important qualities of a successful entrepreneur?

Solving the customer issues, thinking the strategy from customer prospective and offering them solution which they can really utilize to grow their business. 
100% customer satisfaction is the thing every entrepreneur should achieve in order to establish a long-term business relationship and trust. 

5. What are some of the most important factors for running a successful business?

Creating a well-established system and workflow based on realistic deadlines
Managing employees and resources of the company a way that offers great reliability and productivity Delivering the work to the customers on specified deadlines 

6. What are your tips for first time and aspiring entrepreneurs?

Don’t quit easily, Give your 100% and every failure will bring new experience and possibilities to achieve better 

7. How can one overcome a hurdle of lack of funds when starting up?

I would recommend to start small with a small investment, once small investment started to show the profit, one can take risk to take loans from Banks or represent the business ideas to investor. 

8. What is the biggest inspiration behind your work? 

A freedom from regular 9 to 5 job, Freedom to work from anywhere and anytime and freedom to choose my own customer or what I like and freedom to follow my passion

9.How to create an entrepreneurial mindset?

Great business aren’t just built with great ideas, hard work and 100% execution and never quit attitude would help to create a positive mindset. 

10.How you are seeing your company's future after Covid 19?

Well, Covid 19 has brought positive output for our business.You see, our business is focus on outsourcing the services from overseas customers and in order to cut budget and earn more profit, overall outsourcing demand has grown considerabally so as our business. 

During this time, we got time to analyze our business strength and to observe the past mistakes we did and come up with better solution for future customers
