1. Tell us about your background and journey.

I am a business man by profession and food blogger to follow my love for food. I love having food and exploring new food items in my neighborhood. My friends keeps on asking me about new places and suggestions for good food. So, there was a day when a friend of mine asked me to start a blog to tell all other about good food in my area.

I started this journey by exploring my neighborhood and now exploring whole Delhi NCR, and also whenever I am on a trip I also explore that place and write about the same.

2. Which is your favorite cuisine and dish?

I love North Indian a lot. It's difficult to find a favorite dish , but yes I love Chole Bhatoore and Bedmi Poori a lot! Its like I can have them anytime.

3. Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?

It can become a full time career depending upon what all you can do from this. If you link your blogging with YouTube, and make your own website, you might start earning good out of it.

4. Which restaurants/food joints would you recommend to food lovers?

There are a lot. Indian Accent, Yum Yum Cha, Pa Pa Ya, Amarjyoti, Bukhara, Sanadige, Social, Karim's, Bo Tai, Diggin, Farzi, Molecule, Kuremal kulfiwala, Big Chill Cafe, Yeti, Dilli Bc, and a lot more.

You can ask me out with your specifications. These are few which were in my mind.

5. What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?

The uniqueness of the dish, no matter it's a restaurant, cafe, or a street joint. The dish must be good and convincing enough that I might recommend/ write about the same in my blog.

No as such never thought of associating them with myself.

7. Which is your favorite book and why?

I don't read books as such, but yes I like 'love stories'. I have read a few books like 2 states, Fault in our Stars, The Immortals of Melhua (Shiva Trilogy).
