What led you to start your page on Instagram and what is it about?
I feel I am a good photographer and so does everyone else so when people ask you to click you yourself get engaged in a habit of clicking everything around you. And yes I remember I was that time newly addicted to Snapchat and always used to upload my food stories so a friend and my family encouraged me to start posting pics on Instagram.
How would you distinguish the term blogger from an influencer?
A blogger according to me is someone who has his own blog and is regular in writing and updating the blogs of his or her particular genre that helps people to know the experiences and opinions of that blogger that how he or she found something and on the other hand influencer is altogether a different term for me. An influencer is a person who influences others with his opinions and experiences to try the same thing as he or she “ THE INFLUENCER” found good or exciting! Basically influencing is more about telling good things and encouraging people to try that.
Is it financially sustainable to be an influencer today?
Someone who is already rich can definitely give in his or her time to this field but for someone who belongs to a middle-class family cannot altogether depend on this until and unless he or she establishes himself or herself. Every field requires time and effort so does this! Are you depend on your family and have their support for continuing blogging or being an influencer, trust me you’re lucky and you must follow your passion. But if you know your financial you yourself then know you have to also focus on your main thing and keep this as the side thing or as a hobby until it starts paying you a good amount that you can only depend on this leaving your other profession.
What do you think influences consumer behavior?
Consumers are not the same there is a vast variety of consumers. Every influencer cannot strike all the consumers. Every consumer look at a product according to his need and pocket. So the influencers should be true about the nature of product or service they are talking about So that it is easy for the people to understand that will that product be really beneficial to them or is that product really good so that they can invest in it or should give a try to it.
Your opinion on Instagram contemplating removing likes option for posts.
I first heard about this thing when it was just an idea or a suggestion to Instagram by its users. Because the number of suicides and people leading to depression not just increased but just multiplied themselves. Especially in the age group of teenagers, this problem affected worst. So thus to stop this competition of likes and comments Instagram tried to control the damage by removing the likes from the posts.
But to be honest, sometimes I miss to see my number of likes and sometimes I feel like “ theek hai ab ese hi sahi”
What is your idea of success or your mantra in life?
I have a very simple funda of living life and that is - “ to live and let live! “. I don’t like interfering much into other’s business. I try to keep myself mostly occupied with work, music, studies and most importantly trying to cook or always exploring new food places and deciding with my friends what to eat next and when 📷.
