1. Tell us about your background and journey?

So basically my journey is not as complicated as many people have. I used to be a bright student in my school and college days. I'm a B.com graduate with almost 3 years of corporate working experience with TCS. You just need one Spark to indentify your passion and that spark came in 2019 for me. I found myself clicking photos of what I observe. I was able to convey a story out of it. And this is how the interest gradually increases.

The major change came in 2020 March when the whole world was in lockdown due to covid 19. Just like everyone I wasn't able to go out and shoot. Then I decided to shoot at home with some creative ideas, once I started thinking I was able to produce a good photo everyday. People were appreciating me for the fact that I was doing so well with limited resources as I shoot with a mobile phone and thus my Instagram account jumped from 1500 followers to 13700 followers. In my opinion whatever you can Think You can Do.

2. How and when did you realize your passion for photography?

It was in 2019 August, when I clicked my first photo (with an observation) at Nagpur railway station which got so many appreciation and then I realised that I can do much better in this field.

3. What are some tips you would like to share with amateur photographers?

I would say keep your focus on work not on the numbers. There are certain rules of Photography but in my opinion there is only one rule of photography that there are no rules. Just try to learn from everyone who are doing good. Observation plays an important role in photography, never let it die.

4. What are the important skills one should have to be a successful photographer?

First of all they should believe that they can do it. Then observe the things around you. There are so many things which we see daily but never observe. Try to work on composition, frames and lighting. The picture you've clicked today must be better than yesterday's

5. What are various opportunities available for aspiring photographers?

There are many. Photography as a career is very bright. Now a days if you can't afford a camera still you can learn basic things with mobile phone. Once you've mastered the basics you can go ahead with professional camera. You can actually establish an online photography business and take orders. There are so many established photographers who are doing this.

6. Which is your favorite book and why?

To be honest I'm not a reading person. But yeah whenever I feel down I see some motivational videos. Sandeep Maheshwari is my favorite motivational speaker. In the end I just want to say that just be curious. In the process if you look stupid just be that because the thing which looks stupid today will make sense one day. So be curious and be consistent. Observation is the key.
