1. Tell us more about your roles and responsibilities.
I want to be a Product manager, I have great leadership qualities. My responsibility is to excel in life, and reach the target.
2. How did you rise up to your position and how can a student aspiring the same, approach it?
Nothing is impossible, I always believe in me. Focusing on target and being always motivated can make anyone reach any position. In my case passion towards my goal kept me motivated
3. What is it like to juggle between a leadership role and normal college life?
There is nothing like it, Juggle is only the reason, if someone is passionate about his/her career then he/she manages it, having leadership qualities is more important for any student to get the knowledge about it. In my case I’ll know about leadership roles besides a normal graduate student.
4. What have been some of your biggest challenges and learning’s from what you do?
Learning’s are 2 types, getting success and getting failure.
I informed my parents about this college they told me that they cannot afford the fee, I was like dumb.
I have tried many ways but lastly I tried for Education loan this has worked and going Delhi for graduation is my biggest achievement. I have learnt that not to lose the confidence, work hard and try as many ways as you can.
5. How do your parents look at you participating in extracurricular activities?
They keep believe in me. If I am interested in it they will support me. They believe that having extra knowledge is also important along with the studies.
6. What are your career goals and how is what you are doing going to help you with that?
As mentioned above I want to become a Product Manager and I will make it happen. Going with one plan is foolishness and I learnt how to make ways if a problem occurs. I believe that this confidence and motivation will make me reach my target.
7. How can we encourage more young students as you to take-up leadership roles?
Explaining them in detail about it. Making them meet the people who took leadership roles and let them clear all of their doubts can do the thing.
8. What’s your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences? What’s your message to encourage students to do internships and attend conferences?
Go try and participate all the ways which you can to achieve something which is different from others. And make sure that you compete with yourself, always be motivated. Hard work along with smart work can get you over the line.
