I'm a Huge Fan of Pizza, I Can Literally Eat It Every Day

I’m a PIZZA lover and I’ve roamed my country to taste so many different shapes & sizes of pizza from American style to Napolitana style pizza.

1. Tell us about your background and journey.

I'm an Egyptian 25 years old banker by the day & food blogger by the night, I come from a family who loves cooking and enjoying food gatherings so it runs in my genes, I started blogging 4-5 years ago when I decided to not only help my friends and family to decide where they should go eat out but to help

2. Which is your favorite cuisine and dish?

Besides Arab cuisine it would be definitely Italian I'm a HUGE fan of PIZZA I can literally eat it every day without getting bored.

3. Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?

Well, it can be a mix of both, and if you ask me food blogging has been a passion for me & sometimes, I take it as a part-time career. It's always good to do what you love and have passion for.

4. Which restaurants/food joints would you recommend to food lovers?

I tend to visit local restaurants if I’m traveling abroad to make sure to live the whole experience of their culture by tasting, enjoying their food.

5. What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?

One word "Quality" I really appreciate a dish or a restaurant when I can taste the effort and the quality of the chef who made my dish even if the portion were small. Also, I talk about the new creation in the food world and I’m always open up to try different things and sees how to goes.

6. Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?

All my friends know that I’m a PIZZA lover and I’ve roamed my country to taste so many different shapes & sizes of pizza from American style to Napolitana style pizza.

7. Which is your favorite book and why?

It's kind of a hard question but I tend to read novels such as "Around the World in Eighty Days" by Jules Verne I know I know it's old but I just love the idea of traveling & exploring the world which is actually one of the big goals that I’m working on and hopefully I can resume it after we pass this epidemic tough time while facing COVID-19.
