Being a Writer Is a Very Respectful Feeling - Ritabh Ranjan

My Inspiration Lies in My Lord "Krishna". He Is the Creator of This World and Nothing Is Possible Without Him.

1. Tell us more about your background and journey.

My full name is Ritabh Ranjan. My roots are from Bareilly (UP). I am a software engineer working in MNC. So, my job location is in Noida and I live here. I have done Btech (CS) and during my college days, I started my music journey. I started playing guitar and singing, I did a lot of stage shows and then suddenly I flew into the world of lyrics and poetries.

In my final year, I started writing shayaris and poems. I started my page on Instagram name as "SCRIBBLINGPAIN" in 2017. After that, getting a job I didn't use to have a lot of time but still I managed and started writing more. I was having 500 followers.

In 2018, my interest jumped to spirituality and everything changed since then. I started writing spiritual content and people started loving it. I got 10k followers at the end of 2018. I got more into the spirituality with meditation and mind control perspectives. I started writing more deeply.

I wrote logical and healing content. Within 3-4 months, my followers started rising and I gained 50k followers. I never used any app to increase likes or followers. It was all organic and still organic. Today, I am very happy that I am having a family of 90k+ followers.

I use to help out people through calls, DMs, texts and I do online webinars. I am also writing my first book which I am going to publish soon. Previously, I wrote e-books and tried to help people who are in depression. With my job, carrying my passion makes me feel good and alive.

2. When did you decide you wanted to be a writer?

When I got fed up with this materialistic world, I stopped looking for happiness in it. I travelled within myself and started learning "Shrimad Bhagawat Geeta". I entered into the new world of peace. I got all my answers and then I thought about teaching these wisdoms to this lost generation.

3. Is it a financially stable career?

Actually, I am a software engineer and doing side by side. Being a writer is a very respectful feeling. I am still looking for becoming a full time writer because I find it peaceful. My next step is publishing my Books.

4. Who is your favourite writer and why?

My favourite writer is Jay Shetty because he teaches us ethics which most people don't know about. Even in schools and colleges, nobody talks about "Art of Living" and "Meaning of Happiness".

5. Where does your inspiration lie?

My inspiration lies in my Lord "Krishna". He is the creator of this world and nothing is possible without him.

6. What piece of advice would you like to give to future aspiring writers?

Never misguide the people with wrong content. Always motivate the readers and teach them something so that they can realise their own worth.

7. Which is your favourite book and why?

"Shrimad Bhagawat Geeta" is the only Mahamantra from where all the books are originated. It teaches us the meaning of life and happiness, controlling emotions, definition of love, detachment from toxic feelings, soul connection and much more. One should go through it to find the real peace.
