Coming to the appreciation of food, the utmost things that we consider are taste along with hygiene, quality, presentation & quantity and when it comes to any cafe/restaurant

1. Tell us about your background and journey.

We belong to a background where we have to constantly keep in touch with our profession, both theoretically and practically as we’re going to be doctors serving patients, which perhaps makes our lives very hectic. 

We both are foodies and love to explore the new cafes, the journey started when due to an accident, Kalagi had a fracture and she had to stay home and suddenly while scrolling through the gallery she realised that we had a lot of food photos. Then it started, she created our blog, we decided its name and suddenly within less than 1.5 years, we are a family of 8.6k followers as of now.


2. Which is your favourite cuisine and dish?.

There are many cuisines that we’re fond of and we are always open to exploring new cuisines now and then. We being gujjus are fond of Gujarati cuisine the most, particularly Surati Undhiyu & Rajwadi Khichdis are our favourites.


3. Should food blogging be just a passion or can it become a regular career?

To us, food blogging started as a passion. Coming to the current scenario we have become professional, whether food blogging should become a profession or not, that completely depends on the individual. We can't perhaps make it a profession due to our busy lives, we do it because we are foodies and we love it.

5. What makes you appreciate a particular dish or a restaurant and talk about it on your blog?

Coming to the appreciation of food, the utmost things that we consider are taste along with hygiene, quality, presentation & quantity and when it comes to any cafe/restaurant, the important things that we consider are the ambience, safety measures (according to the prevailing pandemic situation), the staff & service.


6. Is there a dish you particularly associate yourself with?

Anything related to Nutella, be it Cheesecake, frappe, waffle, pancake or pastry, we both are Nutella lovers.
